    That’s a great ratio and triglycerides are low !

    Unless CVD runs in the family I don’t see too much risk with those numbers

    Did you manage to get some hMG then?

    Looks like you might have secondary hypogonadism if those bloods were taking when off.

    Your fat intake is around 65g ?

    Its necessarily your total cholesterol to be worried about.

    I would focus on your LDL and HDL ratios and if concerned have a particle check test done to see what kinds of LDL are within your body.

    A person can have high LDL but they could be large buyoant fluffy particles which just bounce off the walls of the arteries…..

    Whereas another person could have LOW LDL but its mainly small dense particles which can pass into the endothelium to generate plaque.

    You could look to add 3-4g EPA/DHA and 1g GLA per day

    Depends on what your body burns preferentially.

    You can try lower 30c to create more of a deficit and assess.

    This would equate to a total added 840 kcal deficit for the week.

    Remember bilirubin is a remnant of broken down red blood cells in the liver which travel down the bile duct to be excreted with bile in faeces. He may have Gilbert’s syndrome but he may also have cholestasis.

    Either way he should go get checked.

    Correct Morning_Iron – those are the clinical dosages of EPA/DHA and GLA.

    20ml of Nordic Oil will yield close to 3g EPA/DHA.

    Starflower Oil can be gotten in a super concentrated form which contains 300mg GLA per capsule.

    Curcumin is an anti inflammatory compound so if there are inflammation issues in the liver it can help. With the liver its best to support its Phase 1 and 2 metabolisms.

    I’d be more so looking for 3-4g EPA/DHA along with 1g GLA a day from you Omega Oils.

    Curcumin and Bowella would be two to consider to limit inflammation.

    Then is HDL is low – Citrus Bergamot with Panthetine.

    The rest of what you are taking covers most normal bases.

    Juan – about 45 mins pre when I’ve let preworkout meal digest.

    I just drink it straight then wait about 20 mins before going to the gym. On the walk up I’ll start drinking my intra.

    Mike – I don’t care about weight drop following my rest days last year as I was more concerned with overall weekly average weight.

    I wouldn’t adjust calories just to see a weight drop the day after rest day.
