It is BUT TPO should be almost zero.
When TPO is present it means that there is some inflammation present.
Rememeber TPO is what signals thyroid hormone production. The fact antibodies are present means your body has at some point seen it as a threat and developed antibodies “by mistake” and may have occured when you were ingesting wheat products in the past and now the antibodies just remain “on watch” as to speak.
If still progressing fat loss wise I would see no need to change anything.

I did in earlier years run it on cycle but for 2016 to now I didn’t which is probably why my sperm was only low and not zero.
Main reason is I’m skeptical of the long term low level stimulation of running hCG.
For TRT its a little different as that will be life long but normally fertility status is investigated before committing to hCG + TRT.
How I view it is, save it for when you need to help restore HPTA function.
I’m starting to think perhaps hMG would be the better choice on cycle to keep spermatogenesis stimulated but its not been studied.
hCG will definitely stimulate the testes if used from the beginning of cycle but like I said I’m skeptical of this low level stimulation.
And as you can see from my bloods, by saving it for when I needed it, my testes have responded favourably to the therapy.

But cheap quality fish oils are cheap for a reason.
If these oils go rancid, these anti-inflammatory compounds can oxidise into nasty pro-inflammatory compounds.

IF you read back you’ll see why NAC is a poorer choice to liposomal glutathione. NAC is just a cysteine provider so your body still has to produce glutathione indirectly. Liposomal glutathione directly replenishes glutathione and will allow your body more time to recycle its used stores.
450mg once or twice a week is more than sufficient or you can split dosage daily.And yes GliSODin SOD will help recycle Hydrogen Peroxide. However, like I said its mainly brought on by stress disrupting the SOD enzyme so always address root cause.

In fact, oxidative stress is implicated not only in carcinogenesis, but also in the pathogenesis of a wide range of diseases that can affect liver, heart, kidney and other tissues. AAS abuse is involved in liver tumor development and inflammation, cardiac autonomic dysfunction and hypertrophy, in addition to mesangial matrix accumulation and increased heat shock proteins in the kidney.
Interestingly, all dysfunctions cited above can be caused by an increase in ROS availability, and NOX enzymes seem to play an important role in those processes.
In conclusion, we demonstrated that supraphysiological doses of nandrolone decanoate are able to disrupt redox balance in liver, heart and kidney. If the surgeon completely removes the gland then there is a less than 1% chance it can come back.
Some microscopic cells can remain following gland excision but unlikely they will grow.
Its now 5 years on since having my pre-pubescent gyno sorted by Dr Clark at Medimel in Poland, so I think I’m safe.
