I’ve watched Dr Serrano’s talk on almond milk but I’m not really sold on it. Yes you can’t milk an almond but we are the only species who consciously drink another animal’s milk and the nutritional breakdown isn’t so bad. And I highly doubt you are ingesting much lectins seeing as it’s 1% almonds -> 10g almonds in 1 litre.. ..
Regardless of lactose free or not milk casein is in the same class as gluten when it comes to immune modulators, ingest on moderation.

Copper and Calcium as well as Riboflavin are essential for DAO to clear extracelllular histamine so you might be deficient in Copper as most people get adequate Calcium and B vitamins. Copper also gets depleted from too much zinc.
Intracellular histamine is cleared via Histamine-N-methyltransferase (so methylation) so you could try supplementing with SAMe or another methyl donor to help.

Yeah my body loves carbs – HbA1c from bloods was 30 so sensitivity is still there.
The protein I have always measured cooked so just continue to do so for consistency.

Got a little side tracked with the fertility so update on training 🙂
We decided to drop cals on training day as I feel I’m getting softer although weight isn’t really changing.
Previous training day was 700g carbs, now dropped to 530g.
The higher food is definitely helping to keep mood up and my energy good now.
Pic attached is from the 26/1 to last Friday – 8 weeks between the pictures.
2 weeks full rest + 2 weeks moderate training + 1 week rest on honeymoon + 3 weeks moderate training
Weight dropped from 220 lb to 208 lb over the 8 weeks.
We learned last year that my body does a good job of holding its size once kcal are kept up so I don’t look to have lost much muscle mass but definitely a lot softer.New training day diet for anyone interested.

Stephen, I would try figure out what had your DAO enzyme blocked from clearing the histamine.
Anti-histamines would only give relief by blocking the receptor but you would still have the histamine within your system.
Hope its calming down.

More than likely the issue is low stomach acid.
Supplement with D-Limonene in the morning and take Betaine HCL with every meal.

Always start low with parabolan due to its extended half life and if you suffer with insomnia from it due to poor androgen clearance.
75mg E4D is normally sufficient.
But like above Tren Ace would probably be a better choice alongside Test Prop and Masteron

Bloods came back yesterday and just like I suspected there is still some of the 200mg in the system even after 4 weeks so like I said don’t believe the @#@$ of waiting 14 days after last shot to begin PCT.
E2 is obviously low due to low testosterone not being available for aromatisation.Test – 1.02 nmol (28.8 ng/dL)
E2 – < 18.4 pmol
LH < 0.3 IU
FSH < 0.3 IUAfter doing some further reading last night I’m thinking of amending the SERM part of the protocol once I’m happy the hCG has established a normal level of testosterone. It would also appear that the timing of the 2000 IU hCG can be E2D or E3D but the overall dose remains at 20,000 IU.
It appears the body becomes sensitive to the LH signalling from clomiphene so I might titrate the dose from 100mg to 50mg after 2 weeks then to 25mg after 2 weeks then to 25mg EOD for 2 more weeks.
