As said above the compounds have to have similar densities. They are added in steps and blended by rotors and blades set at speeds required as per the density and volume of the ingredients.

I personally use 3-5g Glucosamine and 3g MSM in my intra workout shake.
Glucosamine is poorly bioavailabke so I wouldn’t rely on it to repair 100%.
MSM will help provide methyl donors for methylation cycle and DNA repair.A good EFA and collagen will make a difference too. Packets of sugar free jelly are a very cheap source of gelatin/collagen
