    Off the top of my head it’s 10 fl Oz per lb I think which works out at around 4 litres for 200 lb person.

    I would retest after 5 days off training to give a more accurate picture. I would also focus on hydration and reduced protein intake prior to bloods.

    I would retest first before jumping at supplement

    You’re progesterone is now too low along woth prolactin and estrogen is high. This will effect libido similarly to Hugh prolactin.

    It’s possible it can stimulate insulin release…..but I don’t see it really impacting your BG. Will be intereting to see your results but I’d expect it will have to effect.

    Caber is a dopamine antagonist. It works only in the brain as dopamine and prolactin are correlated to lower prolactin output

    That’s great to hear !!!

    Personally I have low BP genetically which makes prep a nightmare as when I’m lean my BP is normally 90 / 65.

    During the off season it never goes higher than 115 / 80 and being heavier helps keep it normal.

    I do however still use nitrate sources periodically like hawthorn extract and beetroot extract just for some added security and to ensure my cells are being oxygenated correctly.

    Unfortunately sometimes even with optimisation of diet, lifestyle, breathing, sleep and the environment compounds are necessary. However, like I’ve been saying its best to try address these issues first in order to not require high dosages.

    Another thing that could drive BP is hidden pathogens and parasites in the body. Your body will use up it NO3 to fight the infection rather than use for vasodilation. Just something else to consider.

    I wouldn’t use it. It’s a very poor diuretic plus it’s an androgen blocker….and what do most people take in the final week? Androgen like winstrol making them ineffective.

    If you dieted correctly a diuretic adds a small polish to your physique. You can achieve a dry look with proper electrolyte and fluid manipulation without it. .

    Use a 1.25″ blue gauge. Inject slowly and leave to settle like above for 10-15 secs and remove slowly. You can also leave 0.1ml of air in syringe to act as an air block and seal….once you are happy aspiration shows you’re in the muscle.

    Blood is a sign you nicked a blood vessel on way in and it’s not something you can really plan to avoid

    Sleep is a very easy thing to fix once you understand the issue and support the necessary genes. During my last prep I had zero trensomnia…..zero..because I knew where I needed to support…

    I’m not writing out everything again but I will do a post on this when my section is active 🙂

    Hint….for deep sleeo you want high serotonin with high conversion to melatonin combined with high clearance of catecholamines like epinephrine/dopamine 🙂 Proper nose breathing helps too
