    I wouldn’t be too worried then if having no current issues.

    Retest in 6 weeks and see if values have changed.

    I would run 1000mg TUDCA to help with any blockage that might still be there in bile duct.

    That pain from digesting fats was from gallbladder and lines up with your bloods.

    Thanks everyone!!!
    I had over 200 people message me on IG with well wishes and I can’t describe how overwhelming and touching that felt xx.

    The reason for the GDA with pre meal is I’m having close to 100g carbs pre and 75 intra. The GDA will help offset and drop BG before training to prevent fatigue from the increased serotonin and ensure glycogen is preferentially stored from those carbs.

    So quick update…..

    As you know JP has asked me to come on board and I’m absolutely delighted to help share what I know with everyone. I’ll soon have my own section on the forum so that will be interesting to interact with everyone in another way.

    So…….What an amazing weekend!!. Marrying my best friend and turning 30 in the one weekend….not so sure about the 30 part yet lol. I may have enjoyed some drinks on Friday but it was well worth it haha. We got our wedding video so quick on Wednesday and it was so funny to watch back. Really looking forward to the next part of our lives together.

    So we flew to New York Monday and spent the last 3 days there. Monday evening we watched rhe sunset from the top of the Rockafella centre. What an incredible view!!!

    Tuesday and Wednesday we planned to see all the sites which landed us with 33000 and 30000 steps walking from Times Square to Ground Zero and Staten island cruise. Really enjoyed seeing all the sights but my feet are ruined ha.
    Seen Alladin on Broadway and it’s hands down the best show I have ever seen. The production was absolutely amazing. Then Carlos bakery afterward to see what the fuss is all about – his famous lobster tail was reasonable lol.

    We flew to Miami then yesterday and got to our hotel at 9 p.m so we just walked around Lincoln Dr for the night.

    Training wise we were up from 7 a.m and walking around until midnight with trying to get everything in New York. We seen a couple of planet fitness over on 6th avenue but it was a bit of a trek from our hotel so we just left it to enjoy our plans.
    The closest gym on south beach is on the far side so looks like we’ll rest until the cruise Sunday which has a huge gym on board.

    Food wise we’ve been quite sensible but definitely been enjoying some treats that you wouldn’t get back home and it’s been nice to have limited phone and no access to anything related to my work.

    Going to spend the day here reading and relaxing on South Beach. It’s 24 degrees here and it’s only 8 a.m. Looks like we were lucky we flew on Monday and avoided that terrible snow. Hope everyone is taking care of themselves x

    I would try get it down close to 85 before starting due to possible onset of insulin resistance from GH.

    When you’ve restrictions in a muscle it makes it more difficult for blood to flow through and your pump tends to remain longer than it should.

    It doesn’t take much to overuse your forearm muscles especially if you use a computer a lot

    As you start moving and hydrating yourself BG will come down during day

    100 ng/DL or 5.6 mmol is the highest I would let it go both fasted and after high xarb meal.

    Reduce carbs, add GDAs, fast – some atrategies to reduce Fasted BG.

    Palumbo protocol is a modified version of power pct by Dr Scally.

    I’ve a post in my replies where I gave links on HCG and HMG for fertility

    If you’re sperm count is good, taking then will help to boost sperm number but won’t do anything for motility

    CoQ10 and Resveratrol are too compounds shown to help promote motility.

    Sperm motility is the big decider for male as you can have good Sperm but bad at swimming. Therefore they’ll have difficulty reaching the egg..

    Have you had a motility test done?

    I’ll be documenting what I do in my log as we’re looking to start trying once we’re back from honeymoon mid March.
