Creatinine is a by product so post training will have quite an effect.

I posted on my Instagram before.
Creatine is involved in the methylation cycle. You need it to support SAMe hence why some people can act adversely and get aggressive using it……
I suppose taking caffeine could speed up rate of methylation due to increase in catecholamines production which could deplete creatine due to an increased need for SAM.
Anecdotaly though I have not felt such an effect and I have MTHR defect.
