    My rest diet changed slightly just before Christmas along with training day.

    However, I’ve been following rest day diet with the injury and only slowly getting back to training day diet.

    Training Day Meals
    Meal 1
    50p, 26f – 36g Almond Butter, 6g coconut oil, 200g Chicken, Corgeutte/Mushrooms/Green Beans

    Meal 2
    50p, 155c, 10f – 210g Chicken, 140g Jasmine Rice, Corgeutte/Mushrooms/Green Beans, 2 slices sourdough bread, 12g Kerrygold butter

    Meal 3
    PreWO – 50p, 83c – 60g Whey Isolate, 129g Oats

    Meal 4
    Intra WO – 50p, 75c/105c – 15g iBCAA, 40g PeptoPro, 75g Cyclic Dextrin (105g on Legs), 5g Creatine

    Meal 5
    Post WO – 50p, 253c – 210g Chicken, 93g Cream of Rice, 120g Jasmine Rice, 100g Coco Pops, Unsweetened Almond Milk

    Meal 6
    Post Post – 50p, 128c – 280g Prawns or 210g Cod, 165g Jasmine Rice, Corgeutte/Mushrooms/Green Beans

    Sounds like a blockage in maybe your scalenes or traps causing tension.

    Get a lacrosse ball and roll up and down back of skull along wall and see if there are any triggers present.

    Prolactin/Progesterone is more than likely too high.

    You’re estrogen is fine where it is provided you’re BP is good and fat isn’t accumulating too fast.

    Rested yesterday.

    Weight still holding at 209 lb.

    Trained this morning. Kept it light and observing if anything felt off in my neck.

    2 sets of each; light load but enough to focus on getting good contractions and took to just shy of failure.
    All went superb, no pain with Deadllift, Squat or BB Row.

    I’ve 3 adjustments this week Wed, Thurs, Fri and that will be 9 adjustements total out of 13 booked.

    Today’s session
    Deadlift -> Pause BB Squat (15kg a side for both; no discomfort at all)
    Assisted Dip -> Cable Curl
    BB Row -> Palms facing DB Shoulder Press
    Leg Extension -> Seated Leg Curl
    Horizontal Leg Press -> Calf Raise
    Flat Chest Press Machine -> Wide Lat Pulldown
    Side Lateral Machine -> High Rear Delt Cable
