Another question, in which muscle groups do you inject the gh and slin i.m. ? Because I think for some muscles like quads or lat the needle is too short. I prefer biceps, triceps and shoulders. -

So now my question, what does your pre workout contains ? Just a booster and aminos and all the carbs are in the intra workout shake or does the pre also contains carbs ? And of yes why ?
