I actually like EQ in theory it’s affordable, and I don’t need to run anywhere near as much of it as primo just to keep E2 under control. But at the same time, I’m wondering if EQ simply might not be the best compound for me individually.

Already taking GHK-Cu at 2mg/day. I’ve also seen quite a few people mention glutathione and KPV helping noticeably with acne/skin inflammation, which is mainly why I decided to give glutathione a try as well. Appreciate the input.

I eat 6 meals per day and add around 2g of pink salt to each meal. I also add a scoop of hydration product into my intra and taking 800mg magnesium daily. On top of that, I can easily drink 10L of water per day without even forcing it.
The reason I’m asking is because I sweat quite a lot in general, but during training it becomes excessive to the point where I sometimes need to change my shirt halfway through the workout because it’s completely soaked.
Do you think there’s anything I should change here? E.g. would it make sense to replace part of my salt intake with losalt

I weigh 243 lbs and I’m aiming for 1.5x bodyweight protein (364.5 g). Is it okay to eat 364.5 gr protein from Animal sources (beef, chicken, eggs, whey,fish)?

Got it so you’d keep it fixed daily.
Would there be any downside to adjusting it between high and low days based on carb intake, or is keeping Lantus stable generally the better approach?
Trying to understand if there’s any real benefit to scaling it or if consistency is the way to go.

I always keep an intra in regardless but if you are working on that rule assess how fast you drop before post workout meal
How do you feel, perform what are BG levels at?
I feel and perform good, my BG levels are around 4.2–4.4 mmol/L at the end of the workout with this setup.

Hi Kuba, I saw in one of your videos that you get part of your daily salt intake from low salt. How much of your total salt intake do you usually take as low salt?
