Thanks for the feedback. Wasn’t tryin to prioritize chest at all. I was just going off the post JP made on instagram back in 2022 and modeling it off of that. Now that you mention it, it looks like most days have 3 chest movements with only 2 back. Maybe I should reverse that.
This looks pretty good to me, I am presuming your key focus points are legs and chest with the way the workouts are laid out.
you just need to run it now and asses feedback.
