Checked in this morning weight is still around 130lbs hasn’t moved this week but looking a lot leaner. Really happy can’t wait to see the end result can’t believe in only 9 weeks out seems strange but can’t wait to be back on that stage!
It’s been rest day today but had work this morning then a few business calls to try and help me grow my online business for coaching as I’m wanting to do more of this

Salt seems fine. Except you are sweating a lot and your tshirts get white marks, then you loose a lot of salt.
Magnesium isnt much you add, so i would try to go for more thereOk Stefan,

It wasn’t Igf-1, nor was it Insulin. Specifies that they are 2 units of HGH intra workout.
Post workout, he recommends you take a protein shake with cyclodextrin and a few units of insulin.
I never saw anything similar, that’s why I asked.

It may be an electrolyte imbalance, but I’ve been taking an intra-workout electrolyte supplement in leg and chest training for a couple of weeks now and I haven’t noticed any improvement.
I will try to use it every day.
I supplement with 200 mg of magnesium before bed.
I am not consuming clenbuterol
I don’t count the sodium I consume daily. But I always add sodium to my meals in addition to 2 g of intra-workout pink salt.

If I am taking taurine about 4gr, but I will increase it to 10g to see if it improves.
I also take 2 grams of pink salt intra workout along with 2 grams of taurine
Cramps appear especially after training the legs or chest
