Hey, have you tried lowering your veg a little? are there any foods your not reacting well too? do you drink coffee? and how often are you going to the toilet?

Yes, I tried to lower my vegetables, but everything continues the same.

Regarding food, I am consuming the ones I tolerate the best, at this point, it’s the jasmine rice and the rice cream and my oats

Yes, I usually drink coffee, I do not know if it’s a lot but one or two cafes a day, in addition to my thermogenico that contains 200mg of caffeine

I go very little to the toilet, maybe twice a week.

    Hi Kevin

In your carb load phase you reduce the amount of protein per meal. You eliminate the fiber content.

You also never eliminate the added sodium during your carb load.

You will use diuretics in this phase. In case of using what would be your choice and in what moments of the day

Good luck, you’re one step away from getting your Pro card

    Thanks

    Hi James

    I have a question

    train ace 1050mg per week
    mast p 1050mg per week
    Test prop 350mg per week

Would the doses be correct? Usually, and from what I have seen, many work with higher doses of testosterone and lower doses of anabolics.

What is the logic of doing it to the contrary?

Yes I understand it perfectly. But always after a cycle I will have certain alterations, especially at the hormonal level, then what kind of values should I take into account to select a PCT or TRT

I’m in the world of competition for 18 years. The question is how can I maintain a good rate of progression. So far I have always done PCT, never TRT for a couple of years let’s say that the use of TRT has become more known. So my question is in my case that I am an athlete that competes at an international level, I can progress faster with the PCT or with the TRT.

Everyone tells me that with my level I should do TRT, I’m from the old school and that’s why my ignorance.
