I personally opt for slin pins for intramuscular and spread doses evenly over the week

I won’t use these in glutes as not deep enough

    Thank you for the advise!

Where are you picking to inject for IM slin jabs?

    Don’t overthink this mate….

If this works for you and you are control sides then keep doing this if it suits. I personally prefer insulin pins spread across the week for more frequency but thats my preference. If this was me I would do 3 shots per week. Backfill slin pins and still do IM shots rotate sites.

    But that is me….

I’m certainly guilty of over thinking it! IM slin sites, are you picking ventro glute and deltoid?

    Hi Peter,
I’ve attached the relevant high markers – but I can attack the full blood panel if needed!

Listening to what you have said everything does correspond with what you have said. Heavy lifting the day before the test, supplements and diet

Weight is super heavy, i don’t know how tall you are but I would advise to diet down asap and take the supps the others recommended

I’m 6ft3 – all the supps have been ordered – thank you for the help

In general tho the fact is regardless of anything out weight is extremely high and I’m going to imagine bodyfat is very high to.

You need to diet and diet asap to get that down to a healthier range.

My diet app is working off 15-16 % body fat, so higher than needed I imagine

Heya mate , I hope the recovery all goes well and the rest of the ops do

So I can only say what I would do and that would be increasing my hgh dose to 4iu and if I was only on 400mg total anabolics , I wouldn’t lower that at any point over the next 12 months

Please know I’m not advising you do that , but that is absolutely what I would do and I wouldn’t be worried about any health implications provided I was checking blood pressure and staying ontop of health supps

Thank you for advice, I’ve implemented the increase of HGH.

What health sups would you recommend? It would be for more all round health and protection/longevity.

I’ve been on this 400mg total weekly androgens for some time after you advised to drop from 600mg and I love it as much less damage to my endurance output on the matts, so if it ain’t broke don’t fix it! but out of curiosity & education for myself why do I need 12 month at the steady 400mg

    Thank you

Honestly for what your trying to achieve I really dont think more drugs will help much and IME this is always more than sufficient for those in BJJ.

    There are potential options.

Tbol could be a good addition to improve performance – was very popular in the Olympics at one point.
Var will bring about some strength increase for sure.

Masteron does have properties that can improve CNS functioning and those could lend itself better to sports such as BJJ –

if it was me I would add in Tbol at 20mg pre BJJ training and see if this improvements performance and leave the Test and primo as is – as your getting great results and in this situation more is IMO not going to be better overall –

Thank you for the advice Peter, I’ll see how I get on with the tBol

Agree with Peter here, not sure throwing more drugs in would potentially help bjj, Strength wise you should be pretty good where your at, masteron is a popular compound amongst fighters. So you could try adding 200mg. I don’t know many 130kg bjj fighters. Are you in shape?

    I’m fairly tall probs 6ft4

No where near stage ready – but I’d say in the region of 12-15% bodyfat. But I’d say I have 5kg to lose without effecting strength and performance.

I take it you mean sub the primo for mast and try that for a while? Or on top of the compounds

I fully agree with the guys above here. Are you currently using bpc157 & tb500??

Yes 250 mcg of both daily. TB500 just stomach fat, however I do try to get the BPC157 as close to injury site as possible.

HGH should be on its way now as well

Fully agree with Clare as usual here.

I would also be adding in Growth hormone 2-3iu pre bed as a priority TBH

Is there a rough cycle length you like to adhere to for HGH or just as long as tolerated?

I think all you can really do is listen to your body and do whatever movements you can that cause no pain. Encouraging blood flow and keeping the knee mobile with gentle walking and static cycling will help with healing too.

The peptides you’ve mentioned should help, alongside the TBJP Joint stack products.

Take advice from the professionals you’re working with.

Thank you for the reply. Would you encourage weight lifting I.e squatting as long as pain didn’t go above a 4 our of 10 & aggravate symptoms?

After speaking with a well re knowned doc with a client with similar issues we were advised not to as it’s almost a band aid affect and not actually going to help long term so it was more about good sleep routine, good eating routine, making sure all foods were chewed before eating, choosing foods right for digestion for you – this may mean less enjoyable foods but it’s either work around it and live life feeling great or feel shit always

Thank you for the reply Meg! I did fear as much that it wasn’t a quick fix! I’ll experiment with food a little more

    Thanks

having been helping people with fertility for a while now me first opinion is to come off everything, run a PCT and focus on full HPTA axis recovery – this if all goes well is the most sure fire way of making sure fertility becomes good and stays good. If it was good initially obviously.

However if some one prefers to do this when on a TRT/cruise dose set up then you will need.

HMG – 75iu MWF for the duration until conception
    HCG – 500-1000iu tues/thurs/sat – as above

I would suggest reading my journal on here as I documents my full process in regards to fixing my sperm issues post use both in terms of coming off and during a TRT set up.

There is also a pretty good video on my IG called – how I fixed my sperm and others you will find useful –

Key decision is tho if you want to come off or stay on – accepting that staying on means you need the above drugs in general for the entire process –

The other thing is timing is so person depending – I have ran fertility protocols with some clients and there partners have fell within 8-10 weeks while on cruise doses – others such as myself have taken 6-12 months.

all you can do is focus on what you can control and thats getting your sperm in the best position possible – After this its letting nature take its course.

Remember natural conception for couples that have never used any AAS and with no issues is 6-12 months of trying in general

    Hi Peter,

I’m implementing your advice as we speak. I forgot to ask, would I need an AI like proviron due to the HCG&HMG

    Thanks

Perfect thank you Peter for such a detailed response! I’ll do all the above – greatly appreciated!
