i will get some berberine and add some fasted cardio then too. if that doesnt help maybe i will lower dosage to 10mg. thanks

measured this morning after high carb day yesterday. fasted and after litre water 20mins later my glucose was 6.0 , is there a point where i should stop taking the mk677?

*following* also on U/L x2 weekly at mo with lagging arms. is p/p/l over 4 days as effective as U/L over 4 days. sorry to jump in, saves another post of same question.

thats what i mean, ive seen the most impressive muscle gains in nattys transformations when theyve got to quite a high weight and bf% ie higher strength has elicited more growth.

taylor what body fat % do you push upto on your off season? do you implement mini cuts or do you just full off season into full cut? thanks

just seen another post where luke says you have to train them hard and heavy in the off season so they grow like any other muscle would- ie calorie surplus and training. then when you start leaning down they may well be more visible at higher bf% levels if theyve grown enough
