Thanks guys, is there no way of slowly recomping back up weight/Cals. As I originally started at 11st 4 and was still not 100% lean but jp was worried I’d lose tissue if dieted further. I got tendinitis over the whole bulking period so I can only assume I would have gained more muscle less fat if I was injury free. I guess my question really is is it imperative to be 100% lean to start increasing Cals etc as my main goal is muscle gain but I seem to be cycling from fat to skinny to fat.
