    Rest day for me today.
    Diets hitting home hard now but this is where I feel my mental strength shines through and will allow me to get peeled.
    Honestly we’ve played this prep real slow trying to hold every ounce of muscle into the show which in my eyes has left me a little behind in terms of where I’d like to be condition wise right now but sometimes in prep we forget how much can change in just a week and then times that by three so we will see.
    Head down work work work!!

    You are on very low food and still not nearly ready for 2 weeks out.
    If I was advising you I’d be saying let’s concentrate on show number 2 in 9 weeks which gives a lot more time which you need imo
    I know it’s your first show but you want to display a good package with lines in quads etc
    Tbh it’s hard to comment without knowing a lot more detail and helping first hand but what I put above stands in terms of drugs
    I feel like diet needs help and output but this is not possible to help with in short and should be helped by way of a one to one point of contact/coach

    No, don’t have a coach, I’ve rushed a little bit with my diet this year.
    First show I hope to get top 6.
    And for Second show I don’t really stress out cause it’s a small one, around 4-5 Competitors in my category and very weak, there I hope to get nr 1 or 2. But my concern is about cycle, I really wanna give a break my body (lower orals and get half carbs up and Cardio half down) for 3-4 w after first show and then push for last 3 Weeks.     I would be more concerned about how you look going into the first show to achieve top 6. Concentrate on that show and then if your concerned after and it’s a small show have a cycle break, just by dropping tren and orals till 3 out or don’t do the contest altogether.
    Rushing your diet will only get you flatter and softer bud. Afraid it’s a minefield by yourself

    You don’t need that much for the amount of drugs you are using , estro will be super low here, I’d actually half a tab 3 x per week max and you’ll maybe get some fullness back but then again I don’t know how you look.
