More than happy to add that in now, 200mg a week would be ok?? Wasn’t looking to run anymore than that . Would you add in proviron ?

Hilly / Nathan thanks, this is my last year of competing, I’ve always come off completely between cycles only running one cycle a year leading up to a show.
In your opinion would running a cycle from Feb to Sept and then doing a solid PCT get my natural levels back up and running again or do I risk permanent shut down and resorting to TRT ?
Your asking impossible questions tbh.
In my experience it won’t make any difference being in that additional time n coming off to throw other drugs in causing more of a YoYo effect is just as bad
However there is no guarantee you will definitely be able to recover after any cycle.
95% of people have no issues getting the hpta back up and running after 6-12 month cycles ime.
I do this every year with competitive clients.

No specific B12 supplement, I try to avoid taking any extra iron due to raised ferritin levels which consistently been around this level, didn’t get RBC in this test will in next one -

Hey,
I wouldn’t be too concerned with these. Just make sure you run love heart and a high quality fish oil like Jp omega pro to help the cholesterol levels. During prep cardio will also help this.
Thanks Ryan I will definitely add these in, Will also aim to increase my portions of fatty fish (salmon, mackerel to at least two portions a week) .

If your just picking from a list of good foods like the others have mentioned then I see no issues with it up to a certain point for sure.
As long as everything is on point.
My issue with this is if people have digestion issues or Luls in energy other other things then it is super hard to pin point the issue when you dont know what’s going on at certain times of the day to try and make changes and find out what’s going on.
Absolutely take this point on board and maybe if I put in set meals 6 weeks out I could probably stick to this?

Doing it your way ? , just my small adjustment on food choices there , sub the peanut butter out , use walnuts and sunflower seeds , or sunflower seed butter instead ?

Cheers everyone, replies really appreciated and good to hear in principle either option is ok…I most certainly used high quality foods…never adding in pizza, fries to bump my macros up!
Let’s say for an example I come towards the end of the day and I’ve got my final meal…
I think the flexibility of say I’ve got 50g carbs, 30g protein and 10g fat left
I’ve got multiple optionsCarbs – cream of rice, oatmeal, rice, pasta, fruit
Protein – chicken, beef, whey, fish
Fats – peanut butter etc
With this perspective on food choices you still think it’s good route??
I like Sas perspective maybe a different route will yield a better look as ultimately that’s what I am after this year
