Bak to it today 24 check ins and a new starter and a new enquiry with a consult call thrown in for good measure.

Ive flagged today with the jet lag been tough but Im back on top of work and should be good to go for training tomorrow. lower & arms

I was 294lbs this AM post flight. I would imagine a decent shift in BW over the next few days especially with sleep improving

Where do you do the majority of your sessions at nath?

Yep. Middle to get used to it, then you can start to understand the nuance.

There is some benefit to varying the profile either around niggles, or loaded vs back off sets

But really like you’re looking atvthis from a “just get strong” perspective first

Thanks rich. I’m by no means experienced, but I come from a gym where weightlifting was the number one sport, so my technique is pretty dialled in on free weights etc. Progressive overload is pretty simple to follow and do, so no need for me to complicate things whilst learning / understanding the new machinery I can now use 🙂

My first month ill just make sure I use every piece , and then work out 2 rotations for PPL i can follow what feels good to me. Also a Arm day chucked in here and there 🙂

Thanks all. Yeah no need to complicate and overthink things , just get as strong as possible on the movements while maintaining as close to perfect form as I can 🙂

Had a brilliant push session chest focused , then finished off with side delts.

Look at what the top guys do mate, I don’t think anyone does that or not that I’m aware of.

Also majority of people have carbs in there shakes while training so not to sure how that would work?

Solid first session of the week today. Training performance is really picking up and I can really notice the difference across my lifts. Into the 3rd week now training back at the gym where I feel helps me to progress the best with the kit they have.

I’ve also decided now’s a good point to add in some cardio. There’s always mix feelings / view that steps is enough so that you are sedentary and I do agree with that. But for me, I’m thinking what can I do in addition to help Meg cardiovascular health and that requires more than just walking.

Started today with intervals on the air bike post workout. 1min on followed by 1 min off – total of 10 mins. For now I’m planning to do this 2 times a week after training upper body. Time wise / frequency I’ll monitor to see if it needs adjusting but it’s a start point.

    Full session below;

    Vacuums x3 rounds

    Pec deck x3

Pin loaded incline chest press x2

Neutral grip flat chest press x3

    Seated triceps dips x3

Single arm cable lat raise x3 +1 extra set right side only

Single arm cross body triceps ext x3

Always makes you feel mentally better with cardio especially HIIT added in 🙂 sounds a good session today mate

See if you can see that guys?

And peter , a lot of it is from muscle memory I’m guessing.

Going from high milage / maybe 1-2 gym sessions a week to Living like a bodybuilder + cardio still daily , my body has responded well 🙂

Hey buddy, I’ve never used the Gels. Always injectable as more accurate/reliable in my opinion.

    Thanks Louis

Just feel like I’m so up and down with the gel , it’s strange.

I would leave everything as is and just switch out the test gel for 40mg test 3 x a week or more ideally 15-20mg daily.

I would use daily jabs subQ to help

Keep E2 down and potentially mean you can drop the aromasin and not need primo.

However you’ll only know this based on bloods and assesment over time

Okay mate, gonna switch over Monday. How would you transition from the gel to injection, just literally stop Sunday with the gel and proceed with what you have said?
