Hi clare, i had that when i was doing alot of running, nordic hamstring iso holds was the thing what helped me the most. Hot bath then 10-15 mins work on them every other night seemed to do the trick 🙂

BW has maintained for 2 weeks now around 15 stone 5lbs (215lbs , 97.5kg) on 4500 cals per day. Notch up to 4750 would you say?

Strength is improving each session still and feeling good 🙂

Can you still not see the pics kerry?

Hi Nath, in the Derbyshire / Notts postcode, what are your top 5 gyms?

UF derby, Be modified Derby, after those 2 I don’t think you need to look anywhere else mate personally.

Cheers Bud, that was my guesses what you’d recommend 🙂

Leading on from your answers Kuba and Hilly , when your normally review bloods, what do you normally see e2 levels at when symptoms start occurring as a general rule of thumb?

Kuba covered this very well.

The clients I’ve had in similar situations to yourself we made sure to get regular check ups done every 3 months or so to keep a very close eye on heart function and that it was improving and not declining in any way.

Close attention to blood pressure / resting HR.

Making sure every aspect was focused on the main ongoing issue n working with the specialist to do what we can our side to improve things.

Mainly I find a very slow and patient approach is always best when there are ongoing health issues.

I generally don’t see the need for a coach to be close to you. I have several clients that live locally and outside of comp prep see them no more than any other clients really.

That sounds perfect to what I would need bud. I’d like to think I could achieve some goals without compromising my health with the right guidance and knowledge from a coach.

I guess living close to someone who coaches you would be of benefit also?

Something I want to pursue once sorted , thanks Kuba and Kerry 🙂

I feel I waste a lot of money on some supplements that i probably don’t need or are not essential for me personally, and if i adjust them it would free up funds for coaching :).

Reverse is going well. As I mentioned yesterday, I’ve dropped down a little more to 257.7, but this is just PED clearance. I am a little softer, but again, that’s just down to clearance. I have yet to take photos or check-in post show, but I feel I’m at a level of experience now that I don’t need accountability during this phase – I’m 15 years deep in terms of competing, so you’d think that would be a given.

Macro setup

TD P: 340 C: 600 F: 80

NTD P: 340 C: 480 F: 80

PEDs

Test E – 250mg/week, split into 2x 125mg

GH – 4IU/day, 45 minutes pre-bed (timing prior to bed is not for any specific reason)

Reta – 0.75mg/week

hi andy, im on around 4500 cals a day also, could i ask how your meals look?

Im a little higher in protein and lower carb / fats , but probably need to adjust slightly which would yield better performance etc.

Thanks bud/

Using 6 pumps daily of testo gel 75mcg Levothryoxine. All doctor prescribed. Long story short, i dont feel myself still , mood swings , short tempered , sleep is hit and miss , i can tell my estro is high as i feel puffy some days, and nipple symptoms etc.

The medichecks doc reports says to increase Fish oils etc for low HDL ( i use 4 caps Omega Pro ATM , will up to 6).

All advice Welcome, open to using injectables if needs be. Thanks all Greg

I would as we said address this with your doc as your TRt set up needs adjusting – E2 is to high which on top of the way you feel being off your likely to hold more fluid etc.

t3 is also bottomed out – I would want to address this – upping t4 and adding some selenium to see if this helps with conversion.

omega I would increase but for most this is as good as HDL will get when on TRT.

Creatinine and urea elevation will likely be from high protein intake, creatine intake and possibly training close to bloods being drawn
Thanks hilly. Also spoke with Dave crossland who I know kuba uses , he’s reccomended me to increase my levothyroxine to 100mcg a day , add in aromosin 12.5mg 2 times per week , and add in the following supplements : Vitamin b6
Citrus bergamot 1G
Krill oil 3G
30mg zinc.
That all sound okay?
It sounds sensible and accurate for sure. Dave is very smart and a good friend of mine.

However did you tell him your on doc prescribed trt as really you should be adjusting this with the doc to get it right
Yes mate I have gave him all my information , diet , training , current supplements , daily life etc , presented him as much info as possible.

I have gave up with my doctors , it’s only the NHS ones, I honestly think my 4 year old lad has more knowledge than he does regarding health etc which is sad to say.

I’d rather pay and listen to people who have experience in this playing field and go from there.

Sorry , just to clear things up , im only going through my local doctors at the minute ( NHS). They are useless as you probably all know with testing etc, they do the most basic test which just checks your NMOL and TSH level.

From my blood test from Medi checks , my doc will not look at it as its from a outer source which is understandable I guess.

From my Bloods what do you guys suggest?

Full list of medication and supplements i take : 20mg rivoxaban , 2.5mg rampril. ( Both for AF while waiting for ablation).

TBJP supps – love heart, omega pro , magnesium , iron , multi , vital support , un-wind.

+ b vitamin tab.

Thankyou 🙂
