Not entirely sure where the 250 to 500mcg dose ranges people are stating actually come from? There’s no human data on this at all, so every number in here is guessed off the mouse work. Scale that properly (surface area, not bodyweight) and you’re in the tens-to-low-hundreds of mg not mcg, which is where the 50mg tablets come from. The mcg number isn’t pharmacology, it’s 332 getting sold next to peptides when it isn’t one.

Personally I noticed nothing from 250-500mcg and started to notice improved fasted cardio performance and lower heart rate with a singular change of dosage from 500mcg to 5mg. I know a few people running upwards of 10mg daily with similar results.

I dread to think how id feel of 5mg lol!

I use 300mcg before am cardio , 300mcg before my gym workout. Most noticeable difference for me is feeling a lot hotter / sweating , and almost wanting to do too much in the gym.

This is how i have been training, basically listening to my own body when it wants a rest , rather than when one should be scheduled. Probably in the best shape I’ve ever been in 🙂

Always listen to your own body / feedback 🙂
