Friday 13th March.
Easy 10km shakeout run , nothing much to report today.
Feel a little run down for some reason, hopefully it passes for Sunday.

Rest day today for me
Morning of work then headed to the gym for cardio and a chunk of steps
Home more work then dog walk and school run
Updated diet now
Meal 1 75g oats 55g whey 15g dark choc 150g raspberries
Meal 2 160g chicken breast 70g jasmine rice 200g beetroot
Meal 3 85g cream of rice 45g whey 20g dark choc
Meal 4 150g chicken. 100g peppers
Meal 5 200g potato 150g 5% steak mince 200g mushrooms
Do you use any sauces at the minute?
And how long do you leave between meals

Mini session AM – 2 sets of 3k (2min jog rest) into 10 x 300m (45s rest)

Morning Weight for the Last 2 days has been 13 stone 4lbs.
I want to take off a Stone almost from where I’m at now. Should Yield massive Performance Benefits.

Quick question for you, as regards fueling food wise, with the peptides increasing metabolic rate etc, would be right in thinking I could probably push a few extra carbs in as my body is burning through them faster?
Or am I just overthinking things?

For my upcoming race Sunday.. which peptides that im using would benefit me most short term performance.
Guessing just the orals? SLU-pp and ITPP?
Or just carry on with the dosages I’m using?

Yeah I’ve been browsing a lot:)
Trying to work out what’s best for me and my goals at the minute, a little trial and error along the way I suppose.
Once my race is over Sunday, I’ll be able to play about with things a little more 🙂

Morning – 75 mins recovery run ( 15.5km)
PM – 50 mins Watt bike , easy intervals.
Nice Easy Recovery day.
Tomorrow will be my last light workout ready for Sunday 🙂
