So just to confirm , does this look okay for me?
Obviously Iβve not got a bottomless pit of cash to run crazy amounts so tried to proportion correctly.
So I train at 4am ( running ) and pm session is 2.30pm ( cross training , circuit 1/2 x a week)
SLU-pp β 2 pre running , 1 tab PM session.
Itpp β 2 tab pre running / 1 tab Pm session.
SS31 β 2 mg morning
Mots c β 1mg morning
Amino 5 β 1mg morning
Reta β 0.75 3 x a week.
Urolithin β 6 caps pre running.
Anything you would change? And anything worth adding on?

Reta tapers up , stop when reached goal , start at 250mcg / day , I stopped at 1200mcg / day , and then lowered back to 1000 and then 7-800 as that felt best digestion wise and then tapered back down from there as food went Up. Currently on zero , will re add when very lean
Slu , start at 600mcg 2 x a day . Taper up as needed . I’m currently on 1800mcg x 2 a day
5 amino , I haven’t used in a diet phase , but oral at 150mg a day seems effective based on others
Itpp load on 1000 a day , then 1000 3 times a week
Ss31 , I’m on 5mg a day . Clinical dose is 10mg , 3 has good effects , 5 better , cost depending
Mots 1 mg 1-2 x a day
Urolithin 6 caps on wake
Thanks Jordan. The 5 amino I have is the injectable one. What would you reccomend ?
The ss31, is that better run slightly higher than your mots c dose?
So like a 3:1 ratio?
Is there anything I have to specifically not use later on in the day and must be done in the morning? Whatβs the reasoning for that mate?
Would you add in anything else?

SLU – 300mcg Pre both training sessions
5 amino – 500-1000mcg on wake daily
Mots C – 1mg 5-7 times a week on wake
SS31 – same AS mots C
Reta – my favoured approach is 250mcg 4-5 times a week as I get no hunger suppression from this. If this is something you want look to bigger doses less often. Maybe 500-750mcg twice a week.
With the Reta, Iβm looking to curb my massive appetite a little. Better to do maybe 3 x a week at 0.75?
Guessing no usage of the other 2 peptides Iβve posted mate?

Hi Greg, so far i am only running the Mots c out of these and will add the others in a few weeks.
What i have noticed so far with Mots c is a reasonably noticeable increase in energy throughout the day (a bit more focused, less fatigue etc) and also less fatigue from exercise. I feel much less tired after my weightlifting/ running sessions.
So a good experience so far

What’s The doses you would run at as a base guide for me? Goal is to get as Fit aerobically as possible, and bring weight down without sacrificing running performance and energy needs.
Also what’s the best time to take each one? And anything else you’d recommend me to add in bud?

Did you find any side effects with it? a lot of the reviews says it gave them jitteriness and anxious thoughts etc?
