I use the solgar ones and I’ve found them to be good. But I’ve said before I don’t find digestive enzymes to be game changers. It’s not as if I feel really backed up if I don’t have them before a meal. I’m not sure on everyone else’s experiences but for me there isn’t a massive difference with or without.

You should be fine just be cautious to really push the pin all the way in and be quite forceful making sure it penetrates the muscle.

I’ve used vitamin c and water balance with great success for my shows last year. They are a safe way of dropping water for sure and the likeliness first going flat are minimal.

Rest day today guys… shattered all day! Yesterday has really took it out of me along with a 5.30 wake up today but I’ve got a lot done so productive ! Tomorrow I’m getting my bloods done and then chest after so I’ll let u all know how that goes.

Alright bud – just had a catch up on your log and you’d barely even know you had hernia surgery recently. Everything’s going really well. Dare I say having a reset and rest did you some good? Obviously the surgery was necessary, but the extra rest (not exactly a holiday mind) must’ve helped your body. Still sticking to your guns and holding off to compete until next year?
Good luck with BP – is it your first time on a stand? Can imagine it’s a completely different experience – you actually have to talk and be nice haha. Echoing yours and Clare’s comments above, absolutely hate a routine being thrown. When I can’t control the variables for training, it puts me at unease. Some people love training in a packed gym with a buzzing atmosphere – nope, hate it.

Thanks bud. No mate lol, I’ve been on stands since 2014 – I was with pharmafreak then 2015,2016, reflex and 2017 Yolo. So I’ve done my fair share of bodypower lol. In always enjoy interacting with people who follow my progress and take an interest. This year was my best so far being with the TrainedByJP team it was completely different. Such an awesome buzz. Yeah mate we got lucky with dinos gym it was busy but not too much and I actually got 2 very productive sessions in. Hope your well bud.

Sorry to echo the boys but they’re spot on. Cream of rice is a great one for density – good amount of carbs for not too much volume of food.

So guys that’s day 3 wrapped up and I couldn’t be happier with how it went. The team is unbelievable. I actually have so much time for everyone ! They are some of the kindest most genuine guys I know and I’m so happy and proud to be on the team. I had a rest day today in preparation for my filming day and my first density day tomorrow. Although I do not feel at all rested!! Bodypower has well and truly kicked my ass!! If I hadn’t have scheduled filming for tomorrow I’d more than likely take another rest day and go again Tuesday. But it is what it is so let’s see what we can do and hope for the best haha. I had my weekly off plan meal yesterday and had some desert – cookies ! And today I’ve got a doughnotts!! If u know you know! Now I’d never ever have 2 days consecutive eating crap but can I really not have one of these ? It is off season after all… and I’m so tired ! I think I need it ! Hahaha. Anyway good night everyone and I hope everyone who went to bodypower had an amazing tome.

I wouldn’t count them towards my macros but of course the calories they make up can’t be ignored.
