Legs today was horrible 😂 absolutely ruined my quads I feel shattered. Such is life though. Prep and legs ! High cardio and no let up from that is definitely tiring me out but it is what it is. I guess it’s worse from recently having some shit sleep so hoping to get a decent night in tonight. Used pendulum today instead of the hack so that’s likely another reason I feel wasted as it’s not the norm. Anyway. 1.1kg up from the refeed and off plan and we’re back into the grind so let’s see what we’re saying tomorrow.

I’m not sure how true it is but I heard about the side and back hair follicles that are used for transplants aren’t affected by dht and that’s why people don’t lose the hair from there only the top. Joe Ballinger is your best bet for these questions tbh I know he’s had a hair transplant

Rest day and refeed today went well. Woke up driest and leanest once again today. Vascular all over my mid section and legs especially. So I think the food was timed right. Shame it’s legs tomorrow and I can’t use it for an upper session but it’s all good hopefully there will be some glycogen left for Mondays push session.

Decent pull session today at muscle hut. Really like the citadel single arm pull down. Checked in today and weights slightly down and my tightest yet but still a way to go I’d say around 6 weeks out roughly. So will keep pushing as we are for now foods pretty low and output high. Tomorrow we feed and clean home made off plan I’m looking forward to as my appetite and hunger are high. No Reta I feel the difference to last prep nothing major but defo a bit of excitement there to eat now compared to before.

Push day today back at muscle hut after a poor night sleep and low energy going into the gym I was expecting a shit session but I went after it and I dropped nothing in performance. I was exactly where I left off last week with very very good control and execution so I definitely took that as a win. Not to mention all morning steps and cardio were a real slog and difficult to get through so was very happy with gym performance and happy with the pwo look too. Check in tomorrow and post pull I want to see how the backs coming in too so we will see.

Thanks for the replies everyone, for anyone that has used it, are they getting bruises that start off blue and then turn dark? Also with some soreness? It’s not my injecting protocol as the MOTs-c and the Glow injections are fine
It can be harsh and bruise yeah. Were you injecting ?
I use a large syringe and back load into an insulin pin so have no issues that way.

Solid pull session in the bag today and my first hypo of prep 😂. Not fun and forgot how much it kicks my ass. Tomorrow is first day on lower rest day cals so interested to see how that goes but it’s check in first so let’s see what’s happening. Body should start moving along now with 3 days at new baseline with cardio and food but still early days so not expecting too much change.

Yeah that’s correct mate. Mines the same from Proforma. I also asked the same. Should be slightly cloudy when swirled so the oil and water mix somewhat

Good push session and felt the push a little. Fell asleep post training as I did alot of steps to and from the gym in 37 degree hit did smash me but it is what it is. Nothing major and performance was solid. Digestion is improving and we’re moving forward as body weight was lighter than pre feed today so looking at hopefully having a big week ahead. Pull tomorrow before a rest day Wednesday.

I’m easy with both and for anyone starting out I’d go for 20mcg Clen and 5mg yohimbine. Then assess your tolerance
