    First day at it today was right in at the deep end with legs but tbf it went fine and I’m ready to kick on and see some results now. In fact I’m really hungry for it so bring it on. Food defo filled me a little. Minor weight increase of around 1.5lbs. Would love to see some solid conditioning coming over the next few weeks tbh. I have been dieting a while just slowly chipping away and I’m getting bored 😂. Legs was tough today but it always is so nothing new and now it’s done so onto tomorrow for push !

    So feed and chill day done and what a day it was. One of this you just don’t want to end and wish I could do it again tomorrow. Not for food but for the family time. The happiness on my kids faces. The enjoyment the fun in the pool them eating ice cream etc. was amazing. The only negative was my Apple Watch died but it’s had a good 3 year stint. I’ve hammered it tbh. Maybe even more than 3 years prob 4. So got a new one the ultra 3 and it’s fucking cool so yeah. Expensive weekend but it was worth it. Tomorrow the dig begins with 55 min cardio. Low food and fucking leg day. LFG.

    Filming content all day and training pull today so non stop and sent the family to the resort. Looked better defo flatter so Zac’s actioned a high day and off plan tomorrow and then it’s dig time. Calories dropped by over 300 and 15 min extra cardio added too so plan is to push hard post refeed for a couple of weeks and see how my back responds as it is holding. Not ideal but you are only as lean as your fattest body part and there is still a lot to go. Especially the back but also the front too and I want to get in shape so it’s time to embrace the suck I’m afraid.

    Training day was a bit meh. I’m putting it down to walking to the gym in the sun. It absolutely wrecked me. So wasn’t ideal at all. Got there sweating and uncomfortable and just thought this isn’t the one. 35 degree beating sun was not the one pre training. Also not enjoying my look today. Flat and a bit watery. High stress, digestion off, body weight up. All not ideal for being in prep. Any how. We check in tomorrow and see where we’re at. Laxative didn’t do much at all by the way. Weight was pretty much the same as yesterday

    So as you know tough days at home but we’re doing our best to stick together and move forward as a family taking it as a blessing she’s now in a better place free from pain.

    Rest day today and back to it with a push session tomorrow. I’ve been really struggling to take a shit recently so I’m trying a mild laxative tonight. Should help me go in the morning and just to add this is a complete one off and not something I’ve ever done or recommend but shows how bad I’m struggling at the moment. Weights up over 2kg and I’m really uncomfortable and feeling terrible from it.

    Sad day at the house today. Kelly’s grandma has passed away. It’s been so difficult seeing her deal with it and see the kids faces knowing they’ll never see their great grandma who they love so much again. Really hurt me because I’ve obviously known her for so long and then the fact of how much it’s hurt everyone else really hurt. I still trained and did what I needed to but it just meant I had to change my routine due to it. Painful tbh. Really painful .

    Felt crap today digestion wise. Really backed up and heavy from my refeed. Purely down to my motility being so messed up and I’m not even taking Reta so I don’t have that to blame. Weight jumped up 2kg which never happens post feed. But anyway. Condition wasn’t affected. Slightly fuller and where we want to be. So today was day 1 on the lower cals and really didn’t feel much difference at all. Legs was a good session. Just went in and got it done. Nothing to write home about but legs never are so ye lol.

    So rest day today which started off great as it was a refeed and off plan day. All going well until my beloved Arsenal lost the champions league on penalties and now I’m sulking. So yeah … not much else to say outside of prep is going well. New low today and a new deeper deficit tomorrow to begin. Time to hit a new level of condition.
