hi jordan, great to hear that u are making great stride on the emotional attachement of athlete leaving.
Me being a member here, still feel gutted when i see athlete leaving, fm Luke to james , joe, mark and now jamie & jimmy….etc.
Anyway, wish them the best and that they will always rmbr tbjp brand which have given them the headstart.

i know many have used exercise to reduce depression/anxiety too.
You may also follow Coach Mark Carroll on IG too, he has openly discuss abt his depression and anxiety.
