Thank you for replying to my question I appreciateyou taking the time out of your day to answer my post.

This comes down to, how often are you willing and able to get your health parameters checked out, – your heart, kidney function, ect. – Are you in a position to be able to get bi-annual tests done. The more you test, the more you an afford to push usage and catch any damage early to avoid long term damage.

The older you are, the more testing and more money needs to be spent on ancilliary support supplements

    Remove

Egg whites for Turkey or white
    Fish
Avocado for olive / Mac/ coconut oil

    Keep on top
    Of water

    Add in sauerkraut or kimchi

Thank you Peter I appreciate your input and knowledge. I will replace the eggs and substitute it for fish and sauerkraut.

I’d definitely be pulling food back initially. Are you experiencing these issues as soon as you wake up after your first meal or at the end of the day after putting a lot of food in? Do you notice it worse after certain meals?

If it’s all the time, then I think you need to get yourself checked out to see if you have some form of bacterial infection as Hilly suggests or something else causing these symptoms.

If it’s bacterial, it may be a case of needing to eliminate certain foods and using supplementation to sort this out.

Thank you for your response. the pain and bloat is all the time. I have an appointment to see my GP in 2 weeks.

Sounds like you could be developing some form of bacteria issue – leaky gut / sibo

You may need to do some form
    Of digestive reset

Several things you could do but it’s hard without analysis properly n knowing the full picture in detail

I have had bloat, some pain and lower back pumps but not to the extent you describe. I’d be backing off the food to give everything a break to see how you get on and then if all ok slowly taper food back up.

Are you very active ? Between meals etc ? Water intake high ?

Thank you for responding to my post. I currently cut back on my food dramatically. I am not very active other than 1 hour of fasted walking and 90-120 minutes of lifting weights. the rest of the day I am sitting while working. I must admit that until I started encountering GI issues I was not very diligent with drinking water.
