I would run
450mg test, 400mg NPP, 200mg Mast plus Anavar if goal is all out strength or Tbol if its strength and muscle. Just from experience I seem to find Tbol better as a growing drug but both options are very good.

If ones goal was to keep their face looking as young as possible what supplements would one take.
Also what gear would they avoid? I’ve seen some people on gear who keep their youth like physique competitors but some on the other hand age extremely quickly?
Is there a specific reason for this?I noticed Asians age slower too (I’m asian myself)
Is this due to higher estrogen levels found in Asians? Or another genetic reason?Lots of good advice above.
What I have noticed is those that push for size and into the bigger realms of bodybuilding always look older and those on the smaller/lighter side tend to look younger.
So I would be looking to live as healthy life style as possible, lots of sun and vitamin D3
a very good balanced diet filled with lots of veg, fruits and good fats and carbohydrates that digest well with you.
Keep cardio up year round.
Avoid things we know are bad for us as best as possible but on the other side do the things you enjoy, relax a lot and enjoy life as you will be happier and healthier.
Try never ever to be stressed – This IMO is huge

Ok so long shot. While blasting we know certain things get out of whack. My question is while we are cruising what are we looking for in our bloods. Like is the test to come bk into range before we blast again and so on. Just some links to research studies. Or what some of you guys do. ?
As Jordan states we are looking for these to come back into normal range or as close to normal as possible.
There is no additional research to warrant looking at, due to the fact there is all the research in the world showing these ranges are the ranges we need to shoot for. Hence the medical community using them.

as above love heart is the one, I have just had bloods done for the second time this year and my HDl is always pretty decent since adding in this product.
I also make sure I am taking in 20g fat daily from a high mono fat source such as salmon or olive/macadamia oil/avocados etc

Very individual but I never go 0 carbs with myself or clients I usually do 1 carb meal pre or post.
However this varies a lot and if some one is ripped to death and coming in on 300g carbs they will be depleted on this and I would likely just half these to 150

what’s people’s thoughts on bread as a carb source. always makes me look watery due to sodium… but it’s simple and low fat?
As every one has stated above in general bread is a good carb sources and the right one can come with lots of nutrients or be a high carb/low fat packed meal for PWO.
However some people struggle to digest it and it can cause inflammation which could lead to water retention and quite a few report this so if this is the case for you then I would opt for Free from bread or 0 bread.

Its pretty hard to lose muscle on anabolics, i see lots of people worrying about this all the time, anabolics are used in muscle wasting diseases for a reason l, because they preserve muscle and do it very well. I know guys who worry about losing muscle on 500mg test a week because they’ve dropped 100kcals lol. Any both approaches would work really but it makes sense to me to drop cals when you don’t need so many.

This has always been my thoughts to.
Again this is different If your a guy who is in the 2% – Jordan james Luke n so forth that are Scary Strong with a load of forced muscle in there frames that they Body doesn’t Want to carry.
For the rest of us there should be no muscle loss on 2-300mg test in my opinion

So training would normally Be chest/hamstrings now but I did chest with back Monday so tonight wS Hams n glutes
1 leg lay curl – 1 x 12/11, 1 x 14
Glute bridges – 1 x 13/11 – up reps
Feet high leg press – 1 x 16, 1 x 20
Seated ham curl – 2 x 11/9, 1 x 4’s. – up Reps1 leg press SS walk lunge – 2 sets
This took around 45 minutes so possibly a little to much volume but I will adjust as I go as quads on Saturday Will have 3 sets of hams.
