    Would it be a bad idea now to reduce tren to let’s say 500? next week I will start with winstrol..
    Or would you say it doesn’t makes any difference so just stick to the plan?

    100mg tren reduced IMO and common sense would say isn’t going to do much of anything is it really lol.

    I would just drop carbs 150g and add in 3 sessions of cardio.

    James are the meat weights cooked amounts ?

    Also are you still using the Lilly gh n how do u rate it compared to the meditrope or is it to early to judge

    Legs tonight n huge session. Had a new client train with others who is an absolute monster of a junior n going to actually scare people next year n following years as he fills out his frame.

    So I’m currently just playing about with exercises n orders to see how I can get the most from my sessions by using the least weight within the safest movements for my body. We’re I feel things working the best

    Tonight’s session did the job bloody well for quads n hams.

    I need more direct glute work n was looking to add this here but it’s just not n option I feel as these sessions are so taxing.

    So I will likely add glute bridges to a back session possibly but need to trial it or split hams n glutes maybe.

    Today’s session – warm ups included so can see exactly how sessions run

    Lay 1 leg HS curl – x15,x10 increase weight – working warm up x 6
    Work sets – x 12, x 10 same weight

    1 leg HS extension- warm up x 15/10
    Work warm up x 8
    Work – x 14, x 11 same weight

    Leg press feet a touch lower than normal n deeper with a slow neg
    Warm up – x 15/8/6/6
    Work warm up x 6
    Work x 11 – drop off widow maker x20 with 2 pauses

    Banded seated hack – work set – x 15 – rest paused

    Seated ham – work warm up x 8
    Work – x 11

    Adductor – work warm up x 15
    Work – x 16

    Done. So 9 actual working sets – usually im Around 12 but being in PcT n training partner just over a week out this was enough n to be honest how we train this is enough as my new client would attest

    With all this new jargon off reps in reserve n effective reps – you would class my working warm ups to as these are likely 4-5 from failure which would add another 5-6 sets.

    I do each body part every 5 days so weekly work volume
    13.5 sets

    Or if counting working warm ups
    20.

    So I’m well between the 10-20 sets that’s researched as acceptable n ideal for hypertrophy.

    Just so you can see the thought I put into my actual routines lol

    Following this. Having some one like Chris experiment n learnt your body will be immense I feel.

    I predict big things from this team with Jordan doing training alongside.

    I’ve had a reading this high before like so this is nothing super duper. This was on 1g test a week.

    The lab is irrelevant and this was taken from real IV bloods at a private hospital. I was also on NPP at 600.

    The 140 was taken the same but on 300mg test I believe. Same lab.

    150mg puts me at 32 from same lab same method.

    It does seem very high.

    Depends on how close to inject n how blood was taken.

    Finger dropper seems to give much higher readings it seems.

    How things were done were based on you as a person to manage psychological things more so than physiological as post show this is much more important in having a successful rebound

    What are your thoughts on using insulin needles for test shots.

    More and more people seem to be using this method.

    Not tried it myself, but would imagine it’s a bloody job getting the oil through such a thin needle and would the shot be deep enough.

    I do this but I prefer to order 1ml syringes and then 1 inch and 5/8 orange pins to shoot with which are almost as thin as a insulin needle.

    This way you put a green or blue on to draw and then switch to orange to jab. exact same way just less time consuming than back filling insulin syringes. You can get 1.1ml in also.

    Honestly buddy I cant really answer the rest without having full details and then im designing your whole plan which I don’t have the time for nor do I do it for free lol.

    cardio if you read my log you will see I keep in daily so were did you get 4 times a week from during rebound?

    time on and off is dictated by blood results buddy, not guess work 🙂

    I think optimal gaining is 4-6lb a month or 2.5kg
