    Which parts interest you and why?

    For me I have taken it

    on waking
    pre bed
    pre
    post
    every 4 hours

    Never noticed much of any difference.

    I do notice MWF or EOD higher dose definitely seems to work better for me in terms of growth.

    I notice if taking higher doses like above 4iu then splitting it into 2-3 doses means my fasting BG doesn’t elevate.

    In terms of reasoning – Gh frees up FFA so if one is looking to get lean then splitting dose makes sense – this effects last for 7-11 hours depending on dose.

    Pre or PWO may make sense as it allows for a better uptake of certain AA and stops the breakdown of others. People are usually either taking in sugars – causing an increase in insulin response or injecting insulin – this then works alongside the GH as they work with each other IMO very well.

    So if one is shooting insulin or looking to focus on muscle gain then around workouts could be the better move.

    If one is not doing this then pre bed, on waking or split may be a better approach.

    fact is no one really knows and the other thing is your really splitting hairs a lot of the time I have come to conclude. I know just run it on waking during prep.

    post during off season unless I was doing intra carbs then would be pre.

    ah I forgot to tell that I am taking 60mcg of clen, too.

    the watermarks are just after a long day, not in the morning. I will try to drink a little bit more and reduce salt a little bit.

    what’s the idea behind dropping Mast to 300?

    I don’t think it doesn’t much more past that in prep unless your a bigger guy.

    In pics you look dry and lean, clen makes you stop holding water so cant be that.

    What clen is it out of interest.

    These look exactly what I would expect for being on a cruise.

    I get these results from 150mg per week so maybe your test is a little under dosed or you just don’t respond so good or I over respond.

    free test is elevated which is a good thing.

    estrogen in range which I would be very happy with at that test dose

    I wouldn’t use caber, I would look to use vitamin b6 at around 300mg per day as this has been shown to naturally reduce prolactin.

    So I agree with the doctor, your BP is ok and wouldn’t cause these symptoms. Yes the number could be better but in the real world and medical world this isn’t of concern.

    Its very much likely to be the ear wax thing as my mum had this real bad and a few of my mates get it when we have been on lads holidays etc. Its caused by the heat causing ear wax to melt and then jumping in a cold pool and it solidifies quickly causing a blockage and this can cause unbalance and dizziness in some.

    However I would go to the doctors and get them to investigate it with any other things they come up with.

    I would also avoid orals.

    I would add in 2-3 flavoured tea per day than contain hibiscus as this will help drop BY down and stop it being elevated.

    honestly no one can give you accurate answers as we have no idea what you look like or how your body works/responds.

    For me your still in the gym to much, after prep that has consumed your life I feel most should reduce training down to 4 days a week on a Upper/Lower split that is mainly lower volume. The idea here is to get in stimulate the muscle and get out. especially if going through pct.

    your body is battered, needs to recover but in a good place to grow/rebound so its about managing this.

    I also don’t feel sets should be taken to actual failure or past during the initial 4-6 weeks, as the body is more vulnerable to injury and I learnt this lesson the hard way. So I stop sets on that last rep were I can complete a full one – If we want to be with the cool kids lets say 0RIP so we can pretend these terms are new and fancy and we are re creating the wheel lol.

    In terms of diet – I monitor condition/sleep and recovery.

    So if the scales are staying roughly the same, I can still see full abs and leg splits and obliques then I will up food.
    If my sleep isn’t getting better from prep and I am sore for longer than I should be I will up food no matter what as this is number 1 focus but this can be more about macro balance and timing.

    so post show I drop my protein down a little and up my carbs – this helps recovery, sleep, satiety and during PCT you just don’t need as much protein as your body cant utilise it when full of gear so more carbs will help spare the protein you can utilise.

    What is a cheat meal?? is any one else sick of hearing that?

    If you want to eat something off plan then do so – if your into bodybuilding and looking after your health this will be good quality food – real burger and chips, sushi, Italian thin base pizza, meat and potato, etc etc this isn’t cheat food – your not on prep so just make it fit or eat it after legs/back.

    If your mentioning cheat as in an excuse to eat shit you can do but just do it because you want to and your normal not if some one says its ok to eat junk lol its never ok to put crap in your body if were being honest but were all grown ups and if we want to we should. I drank around 8 shots Saturday night, its never ok but it was fun and im an adult lol

    the above macros is around 2800kcal and I must be having another 150-200kcal from a scoop vegan protein and little peanut butter if I wake during night usually.

    So kcal is around 3000kcal and I still woke today at 199lb which is very low (just 1lb stage weight)

    The reason I am putting this in here is to relay the importance when you come off cycle of not letting the scale get you down. We know AAS make you hold more water and glycogen IM so on average I find myself and clients drop around 4-8lb when coming off AAS all together.

    This is a little head FXXK for myself as I have cruised for the last 16-18 months so would usually be 210 plus at this and looking much better instead of looking smaller and I wont lie I don’t like it lol.

    However needs must, I will stick with this food for the this week and then de hair Friday and asses condition and go from there as my ultimate goal rememvber is fertility and staying lean for when I can look to gain again.

    Not gaining weight just to feel better in a t shirt.

    So they will say carbs – 45g
    Of which sugars 0-5g for example

    Common sense would indicate towards rice potato etc. ????

    Calves/ chest / biceps

    Not a bad session – volume still low strength decent , pump ok.

    Calves – stand – 2 work warm ups – 1 heavy with 5 second hold in stretch to failure – 2 drop sets
    Seated toe press knees bent – as above

    Seated cable fly press – 3 work sets – heavy first pyramid down

    Stand decline cable – 3 sets same weight – 17/11/8 reps

    Incline EZ cable curls – 3 sets – 15, heavier set for 12 and same weight for 10.

    Preacher machine – 1 rest pause set

    1 arm preacher machine – triple drop set.

    30 minute cardio on waking plus stretches

    20 mins cardio Pwo keeping training partner company

    To much tren IMO.

    for me I would lower to 400 and take mast to 300

    I would double aromasin

    I wold ditch the 3l of green tea and just drink 6l water.

    I would reduce salt to see if this helped. 6g feels a little high to me but I don’t measure mine I just do 3 grinds per meal and 1 intra.

    I would also ask if the water marks and swelling are there on waking – this means more illness or drug induced or just there later on the day – possibly diet/sodium induced.

    No weight loss drugs like eph or T5 as these can cause issues.

    definitely get blood work done ASAP the above is just immediate suggestions that may help till you get results

    for a start why would you start with a dose double what most use of one of the most toxic drugs available. I have never used more than 30mg I don’t think and most tablets come in 10-20mg doses.

    I imagine your body was already taxed and this has pushed it over the edge. Its a very harsh oral and lots of common issues are reported no matter were you research it.

    I would defo drop and if considering again try just 10-20mg but if something made me shit blood I would not be using it again.

    I personally feel most amateur females can get an aweful lot out of just cycles of var and at a push primo tabs if available.

    I would only even be discussing injecting if one was looking to be fighting to win a british title in trained/athletic etc etc.

    for me – most females should be using var only.

    if they want something stronger I female primo tabs is a good step ir inject primo as a final step.

    The only ones that should be using anything else are those wanting to compete at a high level and have exhausted these 2 drugs and then most drugs can be used in small amounts depending on your thoughts/feelings and justification.

    Taking GH pre bed is no issue as it does not effect our natural release which would be little in comparison anyway.

    there is a good argument that if the body produces most of its gh pre bed then doesn’t it make sense to take it at this time when the body obviously needs it.

    second – Gh does cause water retention. Some brands more than others it seems and there is a variance from person to person but anywhere from 2-5lb is common

    To add my own thoughts.

    the test kicks in usually 4-6 weeks…so id be starting in the next week or so which theoretically gives me 6-8 weeks of cutting, before building back into a surplus when the test gets into action. Works to my advantage would you say?

    I think its a great idea.

    Start on a lower dose now while cutting – 250mg say and run this for 6 weeks. This will allow you to push the cut hard, retain muscle and likely even grow some as your test levels are brutal low and this will likely triple them to the top of normal range.

    I would then re test before you look to grow and get some feedback in terms of test levels, estrogen etc.

    Then based on this I would look to increase the test to say 350-400mg per week, and focus on growing for another 10 weeks. This will totally transform your physique as well as give you loads of feedback on how much test has what effect on your test and estrogen levels for future planning.

    I would also go to a doctor after coming off and push for TRT from them or look to self prescribe if they wont as 8 is crap.
