    I’d get in and out with a short 6-8 week aggressive mini cut. Tidy up a little and don’t waste any time getting back into your gaining phase.

    I don’t think there is much relationship between carbs and cholesterol if the carbs are clean etc.

    It’s more the trans fats n manufactured sugars in poor quality foods that are related to poor cholesterol in terms of nutrition

    Shoulder / tri n calf’s tonight.

    Decent session strength was ok all things considered. Pump decent. Keeping volume low during pct

    8 work sets delts
    5 work sets tri
    3 work sets calf’s

    Having to adjust diet as keep having hypo BG drops after carb meals body is so sensitive.

    So will be moving carbs away from meal 2 n increasing meal 3 and 4.

    Also using fats a touch. Will update diet template

    Weight this AM was 202lb so just 4lb over stage. Obv smaller n softer.

    3 weeks no inject AAS. Var finishing yesterday.

    Dropping Thyroid meds to n bringing Clen in over next 4-6 weeks

    Pct/fertility starts next weekend.

    So was meant to land 11:30 pm Friday but flight was delayed so didn’t get home n into bed TIL 2:45am yest.

    Was up doing cardio n client work at 7. Slept like a baby last night.

    Trained back yesterday n was a very good session. Switched things about to put more focus on upper mid back n lower lats for Gaz going into finals.

    Workout was – only work sets stated – stopping at positive failure

    Cable pull over 2 sets
    Smith bench row – 2 sets
    Seated cable row to chest – 3 sets
    HS pull down with D handle – 2 sets
    Seated cable low row – 2 sets

    Rear delt cable – 2 sets

    Cable shrug – 2 sets

    So new diet is in the meal plan section on here.

    Plan is to stay very lean during pct n healthy n push fertility

    Cardio will be 30 mins daily fasted n 20 minute Pwo as my training partner is doing finals so will keep him company. Won’t hurt.

    Training will be as it has been as pushing him on.

    Only supps will be GH 2.5iu daily on waking.

    Clen will be ran once t3 dropped n a full blood panel in 6 weeks to see were things are

    After battering your body n liver during prep your going to continue to batter it during rebound. Makes no sense.
    I would switch to fast acting esters so when done they clear.
    I would do test E , NPP and mast p at 250mg each per week.

    I’ll rephrase.

    If you want less gains but a less harsh drug choice of course.

    You can use anything you like in rebound.

    It’s your choice. I just recommend what I have found works best.

    I’m yet to see dick from any primo I’ve ever used lolol
