    I’m absolutely not a fan of Aldactone. If you need diuretics at all i prefer diazide.

    Has anyone found themselves become intolerant/ allergic to whey over the years? and can anyone suggest an alternative that won’t cause the bloat/ sickness feeling

    Its a well documented fact many start to struggle to digest dairy with age.

    Look at beef isolate or a vegan protein if you still struggle with high % isolates.

    Hey guys!

    I’m having a weird digestion issue 4 weeks out of my first contest.
    I think I have fiber intake on point, and the stool is loose, but I’m still constipated.
    I’ve tried senna leaf tea, didn’t do anything.
    I feel like my guts aren’t moving.

    What could help me?

    My diet:
    0. 10g psyllium husk, 5g ground flax seed, 5g apple fiber with 0,5l water
    1. 200g egg whites, 2 scoops whey hydrolisate, half tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil, black coffee
    2. 400g chicken breast, 150g green beans
    3. 400g chicken breast, 150g green beans
    4. 250g 3% beef, 150g veggies, 50g basmati rice, 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
    5. post workout 2 scoops whey hydrolisate, 50g ground rice, half tsp cinnamon
    6. 400g chicken breast, 1 cucumber

    cycle:
    ED:
    100mg test prop,
    50mg tren ace,
    80mg masteron prop,
    60mg stanozolol tablets,
    50mg proviron,
    25mg aromasin,
    40-120mcg clenbuterol,
    100mcg T4,
    1 baby aspirin

    Ok so during prep this happens to all as we become more dehydrated. You may actually need to reduce your fibre as the high protein and dehydrated body is already drying the stools out, taking in to much insoluble fibre can then make this worse. usually if passing some loose stool but constipated means you have a blockage and the fibre will make worse.

    So I would drop the apple fibre, split the husk 5g AM and 5gPM

    get some magnesium citrate or ducolease and take twice a day for the next 3-4 days. After the third day take 20-30mg senna from senna tablets or 1 ducolax tablet. This will usually get you moving.

    If not you may be really jammed up and look to movicol 4-6 satchets which is dose for when you have stool compactment.

    SSoooooooo – 194.5lb today and im pretty much as lean and as flat as I could get, im holding a touch on glutes but I think filling out properly will get rid of this.

    Fact is my frame needs more muscle and a fair amount of it to stretch the skin properly and look right an this rushed off season didn’t achieve what I wanted it to.

    Yes im a little bigger and better but nothing drastic so next year will be 12 months of growing and taking my time to hopefully make some significant changes so the next time I do the Mr class im not as outsized as I will be this weekend.

    Food today still around 1800kcal, 300-210p, 60c, 25-30f.

    posing done 4 rounds this morning plus 2 rounds of my routine then 30 minutes cardio.

    Training tonight is shoulders/tri and chest – I put chest at the end as obv I only train the one side so don’t want any imbalances going through the workout.

    I appreciate that but there is no one right way.

    So there theory here is – lower blood glucose = more fat burning.

    There was people reported using low dose slin pre cardio over the years n all sorts. The theory to do with pushing into ketosis n using more fat. All just theory.

    My thoughts are that it takes over n hour plus got the GDA to take effect I believe n all it does is allow the body to push carbs into the muscle n other places quicker / more efficient.

    So taking pre cardio makes little sense. If I was going to take I would take pre bed if wanting to drive BS lower on waking

    However if your waking with high BS then there is n issue n this needs rectifying ASAP looking at the bigger picture.

    If wanting to drop BG etc then just do 5 mins HIT cardio to start – just as effective n much safer n also a popular method amongst some.

    To cap this all off its a lot of over thinking IMO by people that have heard of higher people using but not knowing why.
    Rising levels of BG is usually down to High GH. A little insulin would correct that just 1-2iu n put you normal

    For cardio but with risks.

    I feel dizzy now during cardio just from being lean n depleted.

    I’ve tried almost every stupid n dangerous thing in bodybuilding including taking low dose slin 2-4 times a day to reach ketosis quick on 0 carbs. Never mind my social life ????

    Even I think it’s a bad idea to take a GDA or slin pre cardio lol. There’s some context for ya.

    Yeh buddy. I read years ago many using it on pro muscle with good effect. All top level guys.

    I wasn’t just wanting to state that on here as well end up all sorts dropping insulin pre cardio.

    I think as above it certainly makes loads sense for those using GH.

    I no I’m that insulin sensitive during prep it would be no go for me. I hypo currently just off cream of rice lol

    I have done similar also and it worked but was very stressful on the body. Now I just prefer a load and dry done correctly and then a little diazide.

    When I did it the way you are suggesting my water was at 6l during prep.

    week before it went to 8l

    I loaded Thursday heavy and Friday moderate for sunday show. Both days I was taking 4-6g vit C and dandelion route every 4-6 hours.

    Sat day pre show was protein and fat only during the day eating to appetite and water at 9 litres by 2pm which was not fun lol then water was cut totally. kept taking dandelion and vit c every 4 hours awake with sips water.

    Pre bed a put some carbs back in but clean.

    sodium was dropped day before show.

    Went to bed real heavy and looking watery

    woke very very dry and a touch flat. Added a heavier meal 1 in and looked pretty good on day but very stressful I found. Compared to letting diazide do the job

    This can happen for many reasons and isn’t really a bad thing unless your bodyfat is under 9-10% and your performance in the gym is suffering.

    very very flat, I am upping fats just a touch and plodding along.

    Getting sharper each day but flatter making it harder to judge things at times.

    Im usually ok on this dose for 4-6 weeks, However currently im like a walking zombie so wouldn’t notice any lethargy lol

    I think a lot of visitors to this log are just using it as a route to get to ask Jordan questions. they clearly dont actually READ the log and obviously have no real interest in the purpose of why the log even exists. Its actually cringe-worthy at times and does often ruin the flow of the log.

    Legs was nothing to failure

    Seated ham – 2 x 15
    1 leg extensions- 2 x 12-15
    Adductor – 1 x RP 20 reps plus first set
    Seated leg press – 3 x 15 varying feet position
    1 leg seated ham curl – 2 sets

    2 sets walking lunges
