I get sick of telling people this.
I’m sure lots of courses are ‘ok’ but nothing done over 1-4 weeks can come close to studying at university or similar IMO.
I even had some one ask me about a group on course the other week ????

@isaactyndall no I wouldnt. On diet I always strife for the best nutrient uptake, cause I‘m hungry and will eat everything. In offseason I try to keep the mix between clean and tasty. Before I get troubles with my appetite, I give myself what fits me well. Second and third meal is mostly chicken,minced beef/rice,pasta/veggies for example. Pre intra post always prepare/ sustain and sustain/mps max from trainedbyjp nutrition. Afterwards in the gym isolate with cream of rice, post post often again needs to be tastier, cause I absolutely struggle to eat post training, absolute no appetite.
Thats the case I do this, I need consistent function, all day, every day ????
@hilly oxa mate, not oxy! Yes a bit more fullness but helps me keep strength high in my workouts, gets into the game much earlier then halo.
If I‘m pleased with the look, I wont change anything! Every change can ruin your performance. I myself dropped test and was dryer and kept it in low and was fuller but not that dry. Always person dependent.

when you kept test in low what did you class as low. im think around 175mg-200mg from 3 weeks out

Decreasing makes no sense.
So as we prep our natural T3 levels decrease – this is a fact – I have seen it on many many blood work and also stated all over in science.
Now I no for myself 25mcg of T3 puts me just below middle of normal range.
50mcg puts me to very top end or just 1 point over the range.
Now I very rarely go over 50 but at the end of the prep if needs must needs must but im not exactly blasting past the natural limit am I lol.
Now you may be different and 25 may put you top end so 50 for you is like 75 for me etc etc.
its also very common for many people females and males to be taking arounf 100mcg of this stuff – both UK and USA coaches recommending this – I have the messages in my insta to confirm lol and the thing is this has been the norm for over 20 years. If you go to pro muscle etc and most of the bodybuilding boards from the 90, 2000 you will see protocols working up to 150mcg lol.
Now the fitness industry is so popular and you have more everyday folk taking part (filling up the numbers and not placing top 5 anywere lol) you have coaches that are preaching low dose/0 dose etc etc its not needed blah blah blah to get on stage and be happy. THIS IS TOTALLY correct its not needed and you are damaging your health by running these drugs and if your aim is a personal goal etc then use as little as possible and do your best.
IF IF IF your wanting to get up there to win the n you do all it fucking takes to do so and im going to tell you any top amateur on this board and pro as well as across the world or 98% of them have all done and taken what was needed to win.
So please assess your own situation but be aware of the cold hard facts also. You taper your dose down = slower metabolism and less fat burning. Is this a healthy move – defo.
is this the best move for ultimate fat loss and stage shreds? hell no
Do you think the guys next to you on stage are sat looking at there plan thinking – hhmmmm maybe I should lower my drugs and watch my health as im only doing this for fun
or are they posing every day, doing every minute of cardio and more, smashing every training session and supplementing this with all they feel they need to, to bring the best package they can.

Training – I am now dropping the weight a touch on my work sets as my joints/tendons are dam sore and my pec is killing.
I must say my lower back hasn’t given me any grief this year more or less so I feel my exercise selection and self rehab has worked wonders.
shoulders/tri tonight
seated 1 arm lateral machine – last session was 85 x 11/11 reps – I will assess as I go, then a set of FOURs using both arms together.
front raise – 2 work sets – usually a laying flat bar front raise
horizontal cable lat raises – 2 work sets
v grip front rose – 2 work setsHypoertrophy coach style cross body extensions x 2 sets – rep range 8-12
1 arm tricep extension – 1 x failure, 1 x FOURs
rope push down – 2 sets failing over 15 repsCalfs – 1 set of DC style seated toe press done with 2 rest pauses.

CHECK IN DAY – Now I will be doing official posing video same as I did last week in the morning so the below could change a bit based on that but as we stand this is how we will be proceeding.
NEW LOW – 203lb – look much leaner and tighter than last week. I will attach a picture from last Friday to this Friday in a bit.

Plan from here – Im reducing test down as im just pushing for all out fat loss now. trying to maintain as much size and fullness within a short prep hasn’t done me any favours so lesson learnt. I will adjust this from 2moro.
Im actually reducing my tren and mast dose down also not a lot just from 420 to 350 as this means I can use a 1ml slin pin daily going forward.
I am adding in halo and keeping var in as well as the oxy – Normally I would drop the var and I think there is little effect in having it there HOWEVER I am doing so to keep my total MG consistent as I push hard for fat loss over these next 2 weeks.
So AAS would be
test 175mg as it was at this stage last year, this will actually mean its a touch higher as this week has been 500mg.
Tren 350
mast 350
oxy – 50
var – 50
winny – 50clen 120
t3 – 62.5
Eph – 16mg twice a daydiet is 300p, 120c, 25f train days and 300p, 75c, 25 f rest days

So for me the only benefit is sleep and it only last so long before I seem to become accustomed to it.
From the literature I read you want 75-125mg of pure CBD for actual sleep enhancement.
so if I have a 1500mg/ml bottle it tells me every drop is 7.5mg and I use around 8-10 drops 2-3 times a week and this seems to really help without building up a tolerance to quick

Don’t over complicate it buddy.
So the cardio is in there for health benefits, keep the metabolism and anything else revving.
See how the body reacts and then increase food when your weight gain/strength gains stall etc.
No need to adjust the diet IMO

Don’t worry about it.
Literature has shown that for muscle retention and muscle building you want to be spiking PS as often as possible however doing this just 3-4 times is adequate in doing so.
In terms of muscle retention it comes down IMo more to getting the food in and as long as your getting atleast 3-4 feeds per day you are fine so if you have to compact 2 meals don’t worry. The food will digest and be utilised so there is no major issue – Just being really hungry later on if you have no meals left lolo.
I work for myself and on a Severe mental health ED unit and sometimes I cant just get up and leave the word the same as most cant in this world and it really isn’t a big deal 🙂

WEGHT – all time prep low of 204 today – I was 204.5 sunday but this was pretty dehydrated.
I looked good posing this morning and legs are finally coming in.
I totally messed up this morning. When I woke I thought it was 5:30 my usual time so popped all my fat burners etc. Went to toilet and came back to realise it was 3:30 lmao.
so was doing client work at 4:40 abs at 5am before posing and cardio at 6am.
then I had deep tissue booked in at 9:30 and am at work at nhs now till 3. I then have a client and second cardio to do but hoping for a nap at 4pm or I will crash and burn but its a rest day so I will be doing not a lot after 7pm tonight
