    Ever had appetite issues from tren? I have never had in the past, all of a sudden my appetite is fucking gone. Running 500 test, 400 tren and 400 mast. Brutal..

    Hello bud. No appetite per say but I get bad indigestion or reflux n have to take Zantac is it currently.

    @hilly Ignoring chemicals and GH, Insulin etc.

    Diet wise. Do you think this is down to internal fat around the organs etc and not being dieting off hard enough? Or an inflammatory issue?

    Completely agree with points reg processed foods etc. Even legally, food labelling can be 20% out

    I think it’s a combination of all.

    Last prep was the first time I didn’t touch any process junk or fried stuff.

    High days were all ground rice , sushi etc etc.

    Think I had salmon n chips once. Defo made a difference I felt.

    Done the same this prep but my fat ass is. Little behind to notice yet lol

    Blast was 300 test P/tren/mast per week. End of cycle bloods had my total test at 5500 on a 250-1100 scale

    6 weeks cruise 150mg per week(test cyp) has my levels now at 253 on the same 250-1100 scale.

    I’m using the same lab I used on blast

    Is my gear bunk or do you think It could be dose ? Never ran into this before.

    Carbs also increase inflammation and may not be the best macro to up cals with for all

    Also. It’s pretty extensive for the body to convert protein to glucose and requires more energy. Add in surplus of 50g protein or 50g carbs. The results are not the same.

    The same as some people logging all Protein and hitting 250. When in reality there could be 40-50g incomplete sources from rice, oats, veg as in reality hitting 200g.

    Had a conversation about this recently with a nutritionist and he seemed to have the idea that excess protein over extended periods is what’s partially causing those big bubble guts as over time to intestines etc grow too (seemed to insinuate high protein caused this) which then distended the gut.

    Like everything. They’re is an opinion and medical study to back that up for one idea. And another with opposing studies to back up the opposite.

    One thing is. Over time it will all be clear as more research is carried out over years and years.

    Bodybuilding history would counter act the high protein thing to a point increasing GUT size

    Most of the 90’s bodybuilders ate very very high protein throughout there careers.

    Flex/levrone/priest/Ronnie/the list is endless from the ‘golden error’ and most had much more streamline midsections than today.

    Most also ate very clean year round and through prep – none of the new chemicals, low carb crap and no were near the crap junk/convenience food we eat.

    Last prep I removed all fried fat/trans food crap even on high days and my loads were all clean foods and my waist was the tightest/leanest it ever has been.

    Weight 207.5. So 1.5lb drop.

    T day now – 300p, 120c, 25f
    R day now – 280-300p, 60c, 25-35f

    CArdio – 60 minutes am , 20 mins PM

    AAS – up test to 500 from 350. Tren n mast still 400. Winny now 50. Var 80.

    T3 – 50, Clen now 100, yohombine – 7.5 – never used before but was given tub so shot in lol
    DNP – 100mg sat night to wed night.

    Pulling out every dam stop now to play catch up

    A mini cut by the way is a reasonable reduction in kcal to drop 3-6% bodyfat etc.
    Not a prep or drastic diet etc.

    If your loosing muscle when your test levels are top end normal or Above n your not carrying abnormal muscle mass your doing something wrong. IMO

    If natural guys can get shredded natural.

    A bb with BF over 10% can cut on cruise dose n not loose muscle bud unless he’s doing something stupid.

    This is both factual n common sense.

    Unless he’s 220 plus of solid lean mass then he would need a slightly higher cruise dose but same stands.

    At least in my opinion ????.

    So I would look to try and rectify the cholesterol issue which is very likely caused by the var.

    Citrus bergamot and some good fats daily.

    the HS-crp is very high – have you been ill or injured just out of interest? This number would worry me some what as your cycle wasn’t high at all and it potentially could be related to something else.

    I would monitor very closely as in get checks again in 4 weeks and if still high go to the doctors.

    Your liver values are fine which again indicates the inflammation and issue is something else and not the AAs use.

    can big cheat meal before bed increase next morning fbg? and should i drink alot water before morning measurement? My fbg is high morning. i use mk677 with high carbs now and i check my blood glucose often that reason.

    High carb meal pre bed ma well raise fasting BG

    MK677 100% increases fasting BG as it releases more GH which raises BG levels as a mechanism of action and also decreases insulin sensitivity
