So good weekend. Was at a beach festival / rave sat were MK n sonny federa we’re playing. This was 2-11. Got all my food in. Training done n no alcohol.
Sunday was my first n last day of total 0 exercise in preparation for this final 5 week push.
Weight still 209.5
Sunday was my first n last cheat meal n by the time I could have it due to work etc n sleeping in my options were limits so I just had Mcds n a slice my gf pizza.
Weight today 212.5.
I had
Double hamburger
Double chicken mayo
Large fries
Banana milk shake – best partDigestion surprisingly was ok n I had the best nights sleep ever n feel great today.
Cardio now 50 minutes n 20 minutes pwo.
I have dropped the stairs Pwo as feel it’s hurting my leg size n my last show notes show this then to.
I got some yohombine i am adding in on waking to. Started 2.5mg this week n will taper up to 10mg

To consider as well I have had another big drop this week of 3-4lb
Now some would look at this as far to big but we need to consider the winny coming in last week which always makes me dry out a ton. So when we know this we are not overly worried.

Rest day yesterday, cardio/posing and abs
deep tissue on lower body on afternoon and then No PM cardio.
because weight had dropped so much already I increased rest day carbs from 80 to 180 and weight still droped to 209.5.
Back to normal food today which again has changed slightly.
protein is still 300-310g, carbs around 180g and fats are 28g
Saturday im at a day festival here so will be training after posing in the morning and getting my solid meals in with some additional carbs by 1pm Im then having 2 protein shakes while at the festival/rave as im driving there and then having my first free/cheat meal of prep which im thinking either sourdough pizza or burger and fries – yes stomach wont be to pleased but its been around 7/8 weeks since I have had anything decent maybe longer and my body needs it before this final 5 week push.
Plus ill be doing extra cardio on the 2 step all afternoon lolololol
I also reckon weight may likely drop again overnight. I will be monitoring this closely now

PREWO slin use:
lets say Im having a meal of carbs around 90 mins pre gym and a Intra of 25G carbs, would it be anymore beneficial to take slin JUST before working out oppose to taking it with the meal 90 mins out?
Im Using fast acting so peak within 1 hr and last 2-4 hours, essentially would miss the peak during training
My thought is that it is safer to take it with the meal as you might go HYPO if training around the hr peaking mark.
If your talking about Humalog then neither of this approaches will do anything but put you in a coma if you are having just 25g carbs intra workout and training with any real intensity.
Humalog/rapid spikes within 30-60 minutes and stays elevated for 90 minutes before a decline and is active for around 3-4 hours.
taking this 90 minutes before or just before and only having 25g carbs is ridiculously dangerous. I personally suggest you forget about insulin use until you have a better understanding as both these options would likely put you in hospital.

Not at all your taking a pre meal of 80g fast acting carbs that are going to naturally spike insulin – digest very quickly and move through the blood very quick and not leave much BG hanging around just to the high glycemic load of the ground rice and whey.
Your then shooting ast acting insulin which stays active for around 4 hours and is peaking and just starting to decrease as you are going to start exercise that is powered instantly my BG and is very glycogen demanding.
Your then only taking in 25g carbs throughout this period.
For myself and many I have helped I guarantee this would cause a hypo unless you are just shooting 2/3iu with the meal which I would argue is pointless as you wont get any more from it than the spike from the meal.
the idea of shooting with the preworkout meal isn’t a bad one the idea of not having enough carbs to cover it is a terrible one.
However I shouldn’t need to explain myself twice so feel free to have a go but please make sure you have some emergency carbohydrates around 🙂

I prefer on a morning personally, as my body is waking up and active as is my digestive system and I tend to get regular BM quicker this way.
I have some clients that need 1/2 teaspoon on waking and pre bed tho

For myself I have slow gastric transit so taking pre bed doesn’t help me much and can make it worse, taking it on waking with warm water seems to wake my Bowels up and cardio improves motility as this combination keeps me regular. On days I don’t do the cardio I notice my BM is delayed till later on etc.
For most however there system works normally and taking pre bed or on waking has the same effect.
I find for lager people especially when protein is very high a more soluble based fibre can be more efficient – something like benefibre or vitafibre can be very useful during prep when your BM start to get slower/dryer/harder rabbit like lol – More soluble fibre means more water drawn into stools and easier to pass
In off season some don’t need any or just low dose Husk as husk is a balance or insoluble (roughage) and soluble (soften bowels)
Its important I think to keep note of things as you may need to alter approach depends on what your body is going through.

So your whole thought pattern is flawed IMO a little as doing the test just Monday and Friday but the other MWF isn’t going to bring about a balanced stable blood profile.
IMO it matters little between MWF and EOD but as rotties states keeping the inject amounts even would be my advice.
Orals I run different in different situations.
when growing higher dose pre workout.
when cutting daily.
