How much 100g of cooked jasmine rice equals pasta and potatoes both cooked?
I checked in google every site say something else .. (sorry for the newbie question)
100g cooked jasmine rice gives 33g carbs, 100g cooked basmati rice is 25g carbs.
100g new potato is 18g carbs raw weight
100g sweet potato is 20g carbs raw weight

i can understand where you coming from… i have nothing to hide and im fully aware that one day it might go bad amd have to move on to next one but i will be the first person to admit it.
That’s cool bud n its a minefield with all of this.
You just have to appreciate what I said above. No ones bloodwork really helps any one but themselves and people they know in real life or they fully trust online.

back workout Monday and shoulders/tri last night all very good. connection and pump good, strength holding at peak so far but will be dropping one or 2 heavy sets back a touch to keep form tight and protect pec now winny is in as I can instantly feel it more as well as tendons. always happens from 6 weeks out.
Legs tonight and looking forward to it.
Workout is my Fours program again
seated ham curls – 2 work sets and 1 Fours set
extensions – 1 work set and 1 Fours set
banded leg press – 1 work set 12 reps, 1 set 20 plus reps
1 leg leg press – 2 work sets1 leg ham curl – 2 work sets

Do I have a current picture.
At 33 I was wanting to add a decent amount of tissue in 6/7 months for my next comp. so I pushed real hard.
At 30 a decent amount of tissue may mean adding 10-15lb scale weight over the next 4-6 months etc

15lb of scale weight n staying lean is reasonable
10-15lb of lean muscle is going to take you into multiple grams of gear n 24/7 dedication unless your genetically gifted n if so you’d already be we’re u want.
So based on the 10-15 lb lean stage weight I would suggest
125mg test E
100mg NPP
50mg mastMonday wed Friday injects
This for 12-14 weeks will give you immense lean gains n have u very close to were you want to be if you nail food n training.
If you wish to take a little longer n keep it simple
300mg test with 150mg mast for 6-8 weeks
Then
450-500 test with 250 mast 6-8 weeks.This won’t be as impressive in terms of muscle building as the above but is a healthier route.
For me I want to maximise my time on n fact is the top cycle isn’t going to do much more in terms of health damage for most.
Also it may take you 2 x 12/16 week cycles of the second one versus just one cycle of the first.
I’d argue it’s healthier being ON cycle less n cruising more but you can just as easily argue against that

If your just doing a one off 10-16 week cycle I would not start with just 250-300 nor would I use just one compound.
I’m all about getting the most from my cycles.
If your considering a longer cycle with a tapered up dose then starting at 300 could make sense.
It also depend on things like
Goals
Age
Years at thisEtc
There are 2 approaches neither right or wrong.
Do you want to be cycling longer at Lower doses to get were you want to be.
Do you want to push harder to get there quicker.

how does it prove that any of people here posts are thru then? Double standarts much? this board to share eveything and then over the years to track info which will help easier to gather bigger picture about any topic. there is no point for people to ask question and have no answer because it fells like fresh and has no previuos info to build a picture around it.

Im sure Jamie the giant as stated he uses this on prep.
I smoke and drink coffee during prep and this helps massively were as when not on prep the only time I smoke is when I have drink alcohol.
Its a well reported fact smoking does reduce appetite either physiologically or psychologically or likely both.

I don’t think I said it was good for me but a lot of the stuff we take isn’t in reality lol.
I’m sure with the AAS , Clen , ECA, double cardio n training my blood flow is ok

Pulled my hamstring this evening doing RDL’s.. felt It go completely on the last rep of my top set (felt like someone through a plate at the back of my leg). It’s around 3 inches above the knee where the main pain is and went on the eccentric.
I can still walk on it but struggling to straighten it or put any pressure through it what so ever.
Has anyone had anything similar or know how I can treat it? Currently 6.5 weeks with prep going great so any advice would be much appreciated.
Whether it’s peptides, anti inflammatory, physio or resting techniques I’d appreciate any advice what so ever ????
So what has the doctor/physio said? have they suggested an MRI?
was there any bruising?
is it on the medial or lateral aspect of the knee as there are 3 hamstring tendons you could of damaged and its likely the musculotendon junction that has ripped on one of these 3. 2 run down 1 side and 1 runs down the other. if you google this you can tell me were it is and also the doctor/physio.
I have dealt with a few of these both when working at rugby clubs as there sports therapist and in my private work.
The most important thing you can do is ice it and rest it if it was very recent.
push for an MRI asap as this will let you know how bad the tear is and this can then let you know how to go about the next 3-6 months. without this were just guessing.

So you havnt mentioned what health supps you have been taking?
if you have been taking none then I would look into
curcumin – TrainedbyJP do a fantastic pure quality one
NAC or tudca or both – supplement needs do a great liber support
Heart health product like the trainedbyjp one.if your not already taking these then you are not looking after your health and spending to much time thinking about AAS and I would get onto these supplements ASAP.
you will hopefully find these lower your liver values ASAP and stop them becoming elevated during future cycles.
