A keto diet is no different to any other diet if kcal is the same in terms of fat loss – science shows this.
However a keto diet has several benefits IMO including improved insulin sensitivity at a rapid rate, quick way to drop water, easy to manage in particular settings – work/holidays etc
Has been shown to have longevity benefits.

if you check my journal on here you can see how I ran one for 2-3 weeks around 4 weeks ago as a kickstart to my current contest prep.
Im a fan for a few situations and against for several others. As with any approach there as pro/cons that will benefit some and work against others.

If you are really 18% then there is no way on this planet you should bulk. Your body is at a level were it is more inclined to put more fat than muscle on and the stress will be more so on your whole body as you grow from 18% than it would be from 10-12%
I would get some pictures so we can better advise but either way I recommend dieting down for 4-8 weeks to get the body in the be4st position possible for growth, health and create a rebound effect.

213.5lb down from 219 or around there all week. Up all night pissing.
Possible explanation.
Last year my test during prep was 250-400mg. I know I’m estro sensitive / water baby.
However this year as wanting to come in bigger I wanted to try keep it higher so have been on 750 for the last 4 weeks. 500mg is part my daily jabs then shooting 250 extra each Thursday.
Last Thursday a week ago I dropped this out. Last week I upped Adex to.
Estro must of finally dropped off it looks like n I look loads better.
This guys is why I love bodybuilding. No one ever knows all and we can just experiment.
As I get to 4 weeks out I may look to up test again as part of my daily jabs n see how I look when leaner n winny is in

I would first address your daily food choices.
To make sure they don’t cause you any gastric distress/gas/bloat etc.
I would then look to add in things like sauerkraut, live coultures etc as well as L glutamine and cider viniger which all can aid in improving digestion.
Lastly I would look at probiotics although there is a lot of debate they do not do as much as they claim.

Insulin use can prevent diabetes from Gh use.
Neither are needed to push mass onto a physique – food and AAS will do this much better.
GH and insulin however may do this a little healthier but at a higher cost.
Mix this all together tho and boooom there is no doubt.

Coming off is the safest bet IMo or atleast dropping down to 150mg test per week (some would argue this is the better option and I can see some merit in this.
I would run hcg as a minimum (I know loads that have conceived doing just this)
the science states HMG is your best bet and I have used and will be using again end of year when I am looking to increase fertility.
I ran HCG/HMG/Clomid and my sperm count when on 2g AAS a week got up to 9-10 million per ml with above average motility and life span 12 weeks after stopping this protocol.

sperm count was still low but HMG can take 3 months to work. I’m considering coming off everything in November and putting full effort into fertility. This would include a big PCT and HMG cycle.

just to add to this I ran HCG/HMG/Clomid while on cycle as I have used this protocol with myself and others to boost sperm. I know some would say there is no need for the clomid but its there for producing more sperm as it seems if you do this when on cycle sperm per ml never gets much above average if at all.
so my theory is taking clomid and proviron to increase sperm volume helps this aspect.
I ran this for 6 weeks during a cruise phase January into febuary and then started a cycle that was 2g total. I got a sperm test done 12 weeks after finishing the HMG/HCG/Clomid n proviron cycle still using the proviron as I always do
My sperm was just below average at 10 million per ml, the doc said this was all ok
motility and life span were both above average and this was taken while on a heavy cycle.
they did note the small amount produced however so if fertility was my main concern at the time I would of stayed on that.
I do agree with Dean as we have discussed this lots that coming off I feel is the best way as does he if its your total goal.
My aim after this show will be to get my bird pregnant ASAP so I will be coming off and running this protocol until she falls.
