    no idea whats going on,,, just recently had bloods and results were all fine, estro ,test, prolactin etc were all where they were meant to be ?
    but im not getting 100% hard during sex,, ill start off pretty hard then it slowly gets a bit softer

    Its psychological by the sounds of things.

    No mater how much blood work is out of wack Viagra should over come this and work all the time or most IMO. So when I have found I have had similar issues its been in my head from over thinking etc.

    I would definitely get blood work done and look to get some Cialis pharma also.

    110-120 BPM as this is the fat burning zone for myself

    60-70% of your maximum heart rate which is 220-age.

    for me doing LISS I still struggle to keep my HR here and if walking outside its usually just under this and has never stopped me getting lean.

    As I get lighter I have to bust a gut to elevate HR and then I find this becomes taxing on my legs and recovery which isn’t my idea of LISS cardio as the aim for me is active recovery and kcal burning not glycogen depletion and hindering recovery.

    If your prolactin was rock bottom pre cycle and your only going to 200mg tren e per week why do you feel you will need caber?

    having used up to 500mg per week of tren and three times that on a deca only cycle I am yet to ever use caber in my life.

    The only way any one could even consider giving you an answer bud is if you had blood work done but based on the info you have given I would say there is no need to add any.

    My first action would be to drop the Var and see if its this – it may be the var or your var may be something else.

    If this doesn’t help then I would like at factors in your life –

    relationship
    sleep

    look to take some more alone chill time, read or go for walks etc etc.

    After watching several videos on Keto dieting by Dave Palumbo I decided I’d give it a try. Holy fuck, how do people train on no carbs?

    I was hitting PB with no carbs for 2 weeks. Just got to man up and push through, a good pre workout also is a life saver lol

    I would 1/2 t3 n drop Clen next 2-3 weeks.

    Then drop t3 n bring Clen back in low dose 3-4 weeks to cover any lul in metabolism

    Weight has dropped to 220 already. Was 224 Friday. So 2lb will be from Clen diuretic effect but a 2lb drop ontop already is a lot so will be monitoring this. Didn’t really have extra food at weekend but expenditure was higher due to travel n show Sunday etc.

    So legs is Wednesday n I may have a higher day then if weight keeps dropping

    However back with increased volume was a gd session. TrainedByJP prepare bringing my ass to life.

    Increase volume here with 2 work sets added.

    V grip cable row – 3 work sets
    Ez d handle bench pull down – 3 work sets
    Stand 1 arm HS row – 2 work sets
    Stand upper back HS row – 2 work sets

    Cable shrugs – 2 work sets
    Rear pec dec – 2 work sets.

    Gd workout.

    I am not keen on the salt n water tip. You should be well hydrated going to bed n waking up with the correct BG reading.

    Fasted cardio n diet changes etc. If this isn’t helping n your using berberine etc then could be a doctors trip if your fasting BG is always around 6
