Yeah estrogen was very high. But how much of that is the Tren messing with numbers? Adex is 1/2 tab a day and on 600 test that would have my estrogen low.
Prolactin just above range so added 1/4 tab of caber 3x a week. @hilly

Peter what is your opinion on green powders? Is it something that we should all be supplementing or is it not needed if you’re eating veggies / fruit in your diet?

Like any supplement – they are useful if you are not getting what they provide from solid food within your diet – minerals/fibre etc etc and antioxidents
I get 2 portions of fruit and 1 veg in my shake pwo
I have veg with minimum 2 meals per day – cucumber
I take additional fibreI see no need for myself to take a greens powder.
you must be careful with them also as a lot or just a load of powders shot in together with no much thought in terms of digestion and fibre and can create issues for some.

Trained shoulder and triceps with Gaz and my fiancée last night and was a bloody good workout. This is the start of the next phase were volume is added to each body part by 2 working sets.
seated side lateral done 1 arm – 3 work sets – 1 added here
laying cable front raise- 3 work sets – 1 added here
incline cuff raise – 2 work sets
dual cuff front raise – 2 work setsdual cable cross over tricep push down – 3 work sets – 1 added here
1 arm cable push down cross body – 3 work sets – 1 added ehere
rope push down – 2 work setsstrength up again and all exercises are done with a working warm up.

I have done both the natural way which was celery seed and vitamin c every 2-3 hours, huge water load (10 litres daily and then 10 litres by 2pm day pre show) then no water till show day – this got me very dry but was dam stressfull with the huge water gain and then water drop etc. If I didn’t take a sleep aid it would of been the wrost night of my life going to bed so heavy – think I dropped almost a stone over the next 12 hours.
I did this under scott Stevenson and like I say it worked as I was all about not using diuretics etc many years ago.
Then I educated myself and spoke to others and ran many trials and realised I could use diazide in a safe way that caused no stress physiologically or psychologically to get the same effect or better.
IMo the second option overall is the healthiest when weighing up all the pro and cons.

I think your right m8, when looking into the stress you put your body under pumping all that water, vitc and dand root in there’s no way it can be better than a sensible pharma grade protocol.

I truly believe it’s worse bud. Doing it the natural way was hell.
Having a class of wine n running diazide like I do means I rarely go over 1 tablet just ran in. Set way.

Those numbers are high due to training in my opinion. I’ve seen my CK etc much higher stupidly getting bloods done after legs lol.
I’m not a doctor but if they were mine on cycle I’d have no issues

That’s feckin awesome, love Scott.In addition to this guys I’ve been using dandelion root daily as a bit of an experiment really so I’m all ears on this one. You guys use fennel tea and or other teas to keep fairly dry day to day? I understand it’s more about water intake but keen to hear. Also speaking to a veteran I know yesterday he said he uses aqua blue on occasion.

No tea is going to keep you dry from any AAS IMO and as Riz states taking things to do so can have a real negative effect if not careful. fact is our body is mainly water and its a good thing to hold a little water in general.
Ones sodium and fluid Intake should always be high and as long as blood pressure and all else is healthy then taking anything to reduce water is just silly. If you look bloated its from eating the wrong foods and its that simple IMO.

If you have prepped before without it then I certainly would recommend adding it in so you can make a true judge of if its effective and worth the cost etc etc.
I personally think it is, some don’t etc depends how much your paying and how much disposable income you have.

If you don’t feel you can increase the test then adding 250mg primo will help increase gains IMO. This will be a very mild slow changing cycle that I would look to run for 12-14 weeks and you should see some dam impressive solid changes over that time.

This is the second or third of yor posts I have read bud and I feel this maybe the first time you have dieted and are approaching things wrong.
In another thread you state your 12% bodyfat which usually means your a little higher and have been dieting 6 weeks. YOu should feel on top of the world at this stage, lighter/leaner/stronger and body running more efficient.
The only time I feel like your describing is the last 3/4 weeks pre show when im around 4-6& bodyfat, running on around 1800-2000kcal per day, doing double cardio sessions plus training and am dry as a bone due to drugs removing water.
its usually the removing water that does it and the lack of sleep etc etc.
Your set up is wrong, you are poorly or your really just not handling this well and need to man up a little but to me it sounds like one of the first 2.

make your own bounce balls.
Oats
almond/peanut butter
honey
dried fruit and seeds.partially grind oats down or use ready break depending on consistency.
heat honey and nut butter
mix together and add in fruit/seed then make into ball shapes and throw in fridge.
Perfect for on the go snacking and will keep for 5-7 days no issues

I don’t like more than 10-15g oil per meal due to digestion so would be splitting this with another fat source personally from experience with myself and clients.
However I see no issues with 30-50g fat per meal when needed
