    Legs on Saturday was a fantastic session and was the last before volume is increased which will start from today after chest and biceps last night. so for my next 3 rounds of sessions 2 work sets per bodypart will be added.

    Saturdays legs was the same as before

    seated ham curls x 1 working warm up and 2 work sets
    extensions – as above
    leg press – as above
    1 leg press/lunge on the seated hack – as above
    1 leg lieing leg curl – as above
    adductors – as above
    hypers – as above.

    This will change going forward when I add 1 work set to seated ham curls and 1 work set to leg press

    You will also of seen it’s just slightly less than we ran. It’s also around the total dose you curentiy are running.

    So don’t feel it could be to much.

    I did state it mine I kept the dose the same as the test and NPP I was running before snd you will if seen the reason why. You may want to do this based on my reasoning

    I have red all the logs extensively bud

    So you will of seen I ran mast p n proviron with mine n felt these helped the cycle.

    You will if seen I kept caber on hand.

    You will of seen Jordan didn’t use either n was fine. He did use caber.

    This lets you know options

    This lets you see every one is different and there isn’t the right way just the way for your body and what you think makes sense.

    Smoking weed can and is healthy in moderation for several reasons.

    It can be very unhealthy for more than several reasons depending on

    1 – how you use it
    2 – how it effects you mentally
    3 – how it effects your day to day activities

    a small dose of weed on an evening can reduce stress/cortisol/anxiety and improve sleep.

    A large dose can give you the munchies causing over consumption of junk and make you lethargic in the morning and lazy the next day
    taking during the day makes you unproductive and lazy for most.

    Im not a fan overall as it just makes me a little groggy and turns me into a greedy pig lol.

    However I do now get THC capsules in a low dose (20-30mg) that are great for relaxing and improved sleep that I take a couple of nights a week.

    Although your waking levels are not in a worrying level they are on the very top end of normal and I would be focusing to improve this.

    Better carb choices and more balanced meals.

    Increase in exercise and overall daily activity

    Reduced overall daily carb total.

    a supplement like berberine, ALA, chromium P or the new trainedbyJP GDA that has it all ine would be fantastic dosed with your first and last carb meal.

    Is it normal for weight to increase on your perioid? Im prepping for a show, so i check weight regularly and feel i should be losing, but as my period has come on i have put 0.4kg on
    Does anyone else have this?

    hey,

    yes very normal and it can be a total mind XXXX if you are not careful, I have had a client who gained on average from 6-9lb during that time of the month.

    What I found best to manage it was use check ins and weights around the period on top of normal ones. So if we no its coming monitor weight leading up to it and checking the increase and then decrease.

    its very OTT but then it helped reduce the clients stress as once we monitored the pattern and she new what to expect we could almost still gauge she was loosing etc as the time went on.

    Would you dose the HMG at 75iu a day on mon-wed-fri or split (25iu a day)?

    Micro managing this due to funds and trying to spread it out is a bad idea if your sole purpose is to have a child.

    The most effective dose and the one known to work is 75 MWF and when I look to have a baby I will be doing nothing less than this as having a child is very important to me and my partner so I would only consider the proven dose.

    As above its all about heart rate.

    I prefer to be around 115-120 BPM max for low intensity.

    Hey Corinne, well! I actually usually wake up early and eat this meal and then go back to sleep. I started off with a Pro Carb meal which was 400g Egg Whites & 50g Oats however I felt like I wasn’t digesting it fully and after I had woken back up and was ready to do cardio I noticed my blood glucose reading sometimes was still relatively high. So I decided to switch to a ProFat meal which was 400g Egg Whites & 2 Whole Eggs which seemed to digest much better even if I slept afterwards and it kept my blood glucose reading in good range. Recently I wanted to reduce my calorie intake slightly so I decided to cut the fats from this meal and just have the 400g egg whites and it digests so easily for me it’s been working really well. It’s a little bland but it is what it is! I’m sure I will change as I develop into more of an offseason.

    Also me and james just recently decided to change out training split. I feel like I am recovering just in time as the split seems to just allow enough time for recovery however I feel like I did recover better doing a push pull legs rotation so I think we will both revert back to that very soon. You’ve got to try these things I guess or you won’t know how they effect you! Also lovely having the weekends off and really miss the gym motivation for a killer training week ahead!!

    Question regarding the above. You were waking up, having some protein and carbs then going back to sleep for an hour or 2.

    Physiologically why would you of thought your bloody sugar would return to normal, metabolic rate while you went back to bed would be reduced plus no expenditure from movement so it was never going to drop. Surely though this would of been rectified by the cardio anyway as it would of dropped them as you burnt it off.

    Just curious as to the thinking here. if blood sugars were back in range or 1 point elevated your going to do cardio and drop them anyway so it makes no difference really. If on was to be about to eat a meal maybe but you were going to cardio.

    More importantly – how much size do you feel you need to put on, whats your limit and how far are you off it.

    You and james make a good pair, nothing better than having a best bud that is into this and you can train together, eat together and push each other. Im fortunate to have the same. Hes just not as impressive as james is lolol

    straight to the doctor ASAP IMO, this is a bodybuilding board not a medical diagnosis clinic. Come off meds ASAP also.

    Your taking meds that effect your thyroid, Your now getting issues around were the thyroid gland is. Common sense dictates straight to the docs and explain the issues etc

    I see it as no issue to have that as last meal, I have some clients do this and if your eating your totals for the day and this fits into your life then no issues.

    will likely drop DNP 2moro or sunday latest and then put carbs in.
