    Hi guys,

    So I had a prolactin blood test from medichecks 1 week ago and my result came back as 783mU/L, which is extremely high, considering I’m natural. So instantly I panicked thinking I have a prolactin issue, but due to the lack of sides of high prolactin I thought I would retest with Youth Revisited… just got my results back today and they came back at 186mU/L. Just thought I would add this in here as personally, I think people should really start swaying away from medichecks as to me, it looks like they’re giving out bunk results.

    Did u take blood at the same time post injection for both tests?

    I took them both in the morning but waited 1.5 hours on the second test instead of instantly upon waking like with the first test… I still can’t see that making a huge difference of almost 600mU/L.[/quote]

    for all out growth and to stay leaner while doing so but with a main function of all out anabolic effect and improved recovery.

    Hey all

    I’ve been trying to find a solid Lantus protocol online and I can’t seem to find a good one anywhere, does anyone know of any podcasts or articles that cover insulin use in depth?

    Also, ordering a blood glucose monitor but there are so many and I’ve been reading the accuracy isn’t the best with a couple of them, anyone have any recommendations on a meter that is most accurate?

    Look to dave P and collet nelson for fantastic youtube insulin information. they do some combined stuff.

    For me I would take it at the same time you take your GH and start at 10-15iu and then monitor BG.

    I managed to rectify mine using it in a particular way that brought my BG down to normal range low end even using 10iu GH

    Thanks man. So, hypothetically, I guess if you you were around 30 nmol with test but with oestro too high, you might bring test down to lower aromatisation rather than inhibit it with an AI? Or would you utilise an AI at that point?

    If this is a long term thing I would look at test ester being used, injection frequency first and see if I could alter this to help lower estro and maybe bring test down a touch.

    I have used a little mast p with test as I feel this is healthier than an AI but this wouldn’t be my long term TRT plan.

    looks ok to me lol.

    Dave P would say this was perfect. many other top level Pro eat out at fast food places, yes come are better quality than others but you want a kcal dense, psychological and physiologically satisfying meal.

    Only reason I wouldn’t do this is it would mess my digestion for a couple of days. Id go 20 chicken nuggets and double chips, followed by half a box of cereal and then the other half later on.

    I don’t see how this is a binge if you have nailed your diet all week, lost weight and are making progress. Some may say opt for beter quality food including myself but this my man is not binging.

    If you then went home, sat on couch then drove to shop and bought loads of crap and ate it in the car and in the house then woke up during the night and ate again we could say you are binging from a psychological aspect.

    Some people similar to this a couple of times a week as normality in the world of overweight English/americans lol

    Depends on several things, goals, time frame, digestion and body type.

    For me I have an intra shake I like finished around half way through my workout or a little over. This tends to mean usually I am hungry as I finish training.

    I then chill for 5 after the gym while I catch my breath and sort my shit and drive home (15 minutes) then prep food etc (15 minutes) so its likely around 45 minutes.

    Currently as I move into prep I will drag this out, im in no rush for nutrients as I had a intra shake and I don’t want to be hungry later on in the evening.

    When I was bulking I was literally smashing this meal into me within 30 minutes and then another 90 minutes later wether hungry or not as I needed that food in me and my working day meant I had to be in bed for 10:30 and I need to give it 30 minutes post food before I lie down.

    So these things need to be based around certain guidelines but fit into your own life as well

    I see the logic and science behind letting your BG drop however some just don’t have the luxury to do so and id argue it wont make much of a difference overall.

    I do fully agree we should be in a calm and rested state though and this is something I am constantly working on.

    However in the real world if you work long days and have family etc ya just got to get your shit done when you can.

    have 4 set meals and 2 pre and post meals on train days

    rest days just have 5 meals

    keep the 4 staple meals the same.

    then if you end up not training you just have the 1 different rest day meal instead of the 2 different pre and post meals

    Back tonight. Great workout again.

    Same as last one.

    One more round of these and then I add 2 work sets per body part.

    Strength is on the up but I’m goosed half way through sessions so the timing will be perfect for bringing carbs in just as volume goes up

    Thanks both, I just seen a lot of pros pushing the GH in the off season to stay lean. Just wondering how effective it is. Great insight above

    Depending on the quality of your gh, very effective! ???? but not necessary in my opinion, I‘ll ramp up gh in diet up to 10 or 12, instead of all year round.

    @hilly you got low t3? Are you using gh? Ever tried using t4 instead of t3?

    An increased amount of t4 lets the body convert it into t3, while during this conversion somehow an anabolic process takes place… I just read about this, but you can read a lot about i. The www, maybe ur interested ????????????

    Hi wotti. The low t3 was pre drugs. It’s a genetic thing.

    I supplement with t3/t4 mix tablets to cover both ends as my t4 to t3 conversion naturally is poor hence the low t3.
