Sounds like a Paul borreson style cycle. He was an advocate of SHIC – short high intensity cycle. His famous one was 1 ml of sust a day for 21 days. I’ve a book of his with many of this kind of cycle. The science behind it is interesting but most probably outdated. All I will say is any high dose sust course is going to see you gain a lot of water but then maybe that’s the logic behind it….
As here it looks like a slightly prolonged SHIC. it will give good gains no doubt if all is on point. you must be training like an animal and eating like one to to make sure you utilise the drugs.
Hes front loading with the first 2 injects.
if it were me I would just do 1ml a day. I feel this would give the same gains but allow for slightly reduced sides.
I have known many many big guys over the years that just ran large test only cycles and had great results and felt amazing on them.
Just make sure you are taking something to control estrogen and your health supplements.
I also hope you are a good 240 plus pound in weight at a gd bodyfat (10-125) to be considering this type of cycle.

All of the new stuff are quite large fitting IMO.
Im around 17 stone and need a large. XL is to big for me in the new stuff but was ok in the older stuff.

I think there are better alternatives in terms of health – low dose testosterone etc
Howevever I have many clients and know many people that just don’t want to Inject.
I would look to Tbol and Dbol first.
SD is a harsh drug and will make you feel a little crappy. However I can imagine it doing gd stuff over a 4 week period if its real and your training and diet is on point.

However to be honest when taking drugs that cause water retention its just something you have to deal with.

So the debate is when you train your body increases its uptake of glycogen anyway so it may not be needed here.
I do like to use berberine in my 2 carb meals Post training during a diet phase and during a gaining phase with my pre workout meal also. When I pre my pre workout meal is only half the size of my meal PWO in terms of carbs so I don’t feel its needed

If its that bad then I just wouldn’t use tren.
I have had tren cough only a handful of times and its brutal. If it happened every time I would not be using tren simple as that.
Have u tried tren E?

Hey guys – so I recently finished my last show and had a photoshoot booked for the next day. Turns out I ended up spilling over badly for the shoot the next day.
What’s your best protocol? Have the photoshoot that evening of the comp? Or just not have a meal off until photo shoot is done?
We used aldactone and thrown water in before cutting off 11pm night before.
Don’t use aldactone lol simple as that.
Use diazide if you need a diuretic. Use your practice higher carb periods to judge how you look and don’t cut water. In my opinion this is an error between your coach and yourself. It shouldn’t be an issue to look good the day after the show, dam most look better as the old saying goes lol

For me however I would be reducing training volume a little so I may drop carbs after a week or 2 depending on how my body reacts.

HAs your strength dropped? has your training been impacted at all.
If not then I wouldn’t be to worried, I would increase my food by adding in a higher day or 2 and then re assess.
