Anyone else have digestive issues with peanut butter? (Gas, bloating)
For those that have issues, do other nut butters tend to give you the same issues? Looking for other fat sources.
Sorry im late to this.
Quite a few have issues with peanuts as they have a coating around them that makes them hard to digest.
However in general nuts being higher in fats and fibre if you don’t have a slow gastric system/delicate digestive path then you may like me struggle with all nuts. Im ok adding nut butters to shakes but eating them as nuts causes me issues no matter the nut

As I always keep things simple my diet below is almost identical to before just with no carbs
m1 – salmon and eggs
m2 – isolate and mac oil
m3 and m4 – turkey and walnuts
intra – EAA
pwo – usual egg white smoothy with 15g carbs from berries
m5 – steak and eggs
m6 – scoop vegan proteinkcal is around 2600, protein 360-380, carbs 30, fats 100
so a big drop in kcal but this is the idea to have a super fat loss period. I will then revert my diet to usual moderate carbs and low fat approach and switch things up from there.
cardio will be just 30 minutes daily
cycle
350 test, 630 EQ, 280 tren A, 140 mast P
Tbol – train days 50mg pre
0.5mg Adex 3 x a week
gh 2.5iu twice a day on wake and pre gymthis will run until 8 weeks out when I will re assess.
when I drop the eph and DNP at week 10 I will likely bring some clen in here and increase cardio as food will go up a touch at this point and then I will re evaluate

So had a lovely week away were me and my fiancée just relaxed and chilled out. As stated above I followed my eating plan for 6 days which was no counting per say but aiming for 50g protein plus from 3 solid meals plus 2 shakes. Only 1 carb meal a day and this was in the evening so we could enjoy a nice meal. I did cardio 5 days and trained 3 days and when I did I added an extra carb meal which was gluten and dairy free cereal with a scoop of isolate.
I am now 12 weeks and 5 days out and straight into prep from here.

So how strict do we need to be with keeping Anti inflammatories away from training and what is “far enough?”
Like the effect on antioxidants/ anti inflammatory is pretty well documented..
I usually take my health supps including Vit C + L-Lysine + Curcumin in the morning and typically train after meal 2 .. so 4 hours later .. is this enough time or should I move it to the evening? How much should we worry about this? I mean the negatives have been documented pretty well, but in studies it’s typical immediately consumed pre or post.The reason I take health supps in the morning is that it’s practical for me ????
Sounds like massive over thinking and time wasting to me. I know to keep all Anti inflammatory away from training so I do. Opposite end of the day. Apart from that who cares??
Like why even think about it? if you train in the AM take them in the PM, if you train in the PM like me take them with meal 1 like I do.

Go see the doctor bud. No one here is as qualified to help you in this situation as them. There is obviously n issue with your body some were n that’s what doctors are for

So from my experience people’s reaction to dosing t3 seems to differ.
Myself, a client and my best bud all
Got different free T3 readings from using the same dose n same stuff.So I would start on 12.5mcg t3 and 50mcg t4.
Run 4-6 weeks n retest.
It’s general preference from my research from Thyroid replacement therapy they prefer mix of T3 and T4.
They also prefer multiple dosing if it’s from a health aspect.
I have a natural under active thyroid. It’s a family think n I find 25 t3 and 100mcg t4 buts me at the top

I’ve also heard quite a few people echo Joe’s opinions about AI’s on here recently.

Insulin means better storage of your glycogen into muscles as one of its main uses.
This will happen with or without GH so based on this its not a bad thing to add.
The reason people say to use with GH is they have a synergy together in terms of increasing IGF levels which then in theory will create more growth. Plus both have benefits that match each other – uptake of glycogen from insulin – GH I believe increase the uptake of AA – Both increase glycogen storage – GH increase FFA so can stop/counter act potential fat gain from insulin etc.
However little doses of insulin will give you enhanced recovery which will lead to better growth overall. This is why it is so popular with athletes or so I have heard lol

What I learned in the past, insulin will not make your cells fuller then without ! 100% = 100%
BUT, insulin make your cells fuller WAY FASTER.Thats the main reason for insulin, you shuttle your nutrients way faster into the muscle. You wont get fuller, no way.
The fullness you mean, is only water retention. But with a preworkout insulin usage, as you said, you can push so much nutrients into your cells.
Way more then without, but as said, you wont get your cells above 100% storage.
The rest I’m absolutely with you, waiting to get my insulin back in protocol, but first I just have to fit in my jacket for my nieces wedding. ????
Afterwars I’m ready to go :)) really nice addition, if you want to get a better nutrient uptake (5-6 iu for me are perfect)
