    SO you are training to grow and creating a need for more kcal. Your body is telling you it needs it.

    However if you are getting to fluffy for what your are comfortable with I would look to deload and then change things up and cut a little fat aggressively for the next 4 -6 weeks then go again.

    However it sounds like your body is growing and growing well and at your age I would just focus on packing muscle./

    Id bet your not doing much of any cardio. Start some and get that food in and grow my manb.

    Im going to go the other way and say I would rather have my carbs in the form of edible carbs pre and post when dieting for metabolism and hunger purposes than I would drinking a little carb powder intra.

    Fact is unless you are training for over 90 minutes your body will survive on what it has. Bigger athletes like some on here may need intra carbs to maintain performance.

    I find removing them as no effect on me hitting PB and even maintaining strength into a prep but I am only 200-210 LBM in comparison to Jordan/james/kuba etc that require a lot more CHO to maintain functional performance.

    To add to that as the term real food may be read wrong.

    I would prefer people chew and digest their foods then use a refined powdered version.

    I know whey is real food it just lacks in some qualities solid foods do IMO

    If you can hit your macros from real food then do not use a supplement IMO.

    I would rather some one use EAA during and then eat all solid foods personally.

    IMO powders are only useful for

    times when you just cant eat – on the go or no appetite
    when you crave something sweet/tasty

    We know nothing about your situation bud so simply cant answer.

    are you dieting or gaining or in prep?
    are you ill? how do you feel overall?

    how long have you been on cycle?
    how is bowel movements?

    if you went to a doctors think of the information he would need. were not doctors so will need more lol.

    back from Benidorm sunday and I slept a good 10 hours from Thursday to sunday lol so I was delicate the last couple of days. Trained last night and prep diet starts today which I will update later on.

    NPP plus low dose mast cycle Review

    Im impressed, very impressed I must say as is Jordan and some others. Fullness/sex drive/muscle gained/overall feeling has been fantastic for 7/8 weeks. HOWEVER this last week or 2 – weeks 8/9 I have been feeling a little demovotivated but I have also had a heavy weekend at a BBQ, then bodypower and then Benidorm so I do feel this is more to do with this than the drugs as upto this point I felt fantastic.

    Only side to note is being more emotional in general – feeling sorry for things I wouldn’t normally care about, shedding a tear at films and telling my fiancée I love her far to much lol. This is the only negative side to note and I will be running this again without a shadow of a doubt. I may even run this for a short rebound cycle post comp in September before I look to focus on fertility if my fiancée isn’t pregnant by then.

    Running provion with your npp only cycle .. what benefits have you seen from that mate? As it increase free test I thought it would be better used in a test based cycle?

    Proviron increases sex drive and increases sperm volume on any cycle. It made sense as I always run proviron to keep this in on any cycle.

    The benefits are impossible to say as I havnt run NPP/mast without proviron have I so I couldn’t tell u buddy

    why just 500 under maintenance?

    why maintenance?

    surely you would want to capitalise on the DNP by being in a deficit forcing the body to burn fat for its energy needs ten times over?

    Hi guys, hope you’re all good!

    This may be an amateurish question, however I continue to research diet, training, recovery, supplementation… and have gotten these to a T. Perhaps, it’s as simple as personal preference, and just twice a week spaced out evenly. But I’d love to hear your opinions..

    A million trains of thoughts on this and in my experience you need to test for yourself as well as what suits lifestyle.

    As dean stated daily injects seem to provide the most stable levels and least sides and arguably more bang for book from a scientific standpoint due to daily spikes – however very inconvenient for most.

    EOD is the time old way and has many fans and seems to sit with the longer esters well.

    once per week gives more variance in hormones and less stable levels etc which will bring more sides. However there was and still is a train of thought that injecting a bolus dose creates a larger spike and this can create a larger increase in IGF and other things that effect growth.

    There were a couple of very well known pro BB years ago used to post on pro muscle swore by this method.

    For my first show I did the once a week dosing.

    For my second and third shows I did MWF dosing and did this most commonly over the years.

    lately I have been trialing ED dosing.

    What have I found? in reality little difference overall – Just the more gear I take the more results I get and the more often injects do seem to give less sides in terms of acne and water but not much.

    Im a big believer in picking one way and being consistent. those who have inject days that change pattern and they miss etc seem to get the most side effects overall.
