Keep a food diary,
make not of when it happens and see if you can plot a trend.
I would also look to remove diary/wheat initially as this helps most and is an easy change.

Not using intra carbs at the moment James , the only reason I’m not is because id prefer more solid foods outside of work out , I don’t get massive dump of energy if that’s what you mean ? Sometimes I need to do a massive dump during training come to think of it hahah , I will try swap around pre and post meals and see how goes , but I was really loving my rice bubbles pre and my train of thought was I’d be burning it off as it was my only unclean meal of the day , I get very vascular and pump during workout since doing rice bubbles pre though … I have a feeling I store enough glycogen anyway ? I usually thought simple carbs after workout just left me feeling bloated (maybe Paranoia though )
Honestly buddy just stick with the dam rice bubbles lol You obviously really like them as have made several reasons for keeping them where they are at in response to any one who has suggested moving them.
Your getting great pumps and vascularity during the session, not going hypo and are improving on your lifts im presuming so don’t change a dam thing my man. If all this is true then only an idiot would change it to be honest.

I think one should aim to consume a some form of veg/fibre with each meal.
As athletes we eat a higher amount of food than most and this means more to be moved through the GIT than a normal person thus meaning a need for more fibre.
The trick is to pick ones that don’t upset your stomach.
Don’t forget though this doesn’t always have to be actual veg per say, berries and other fruits contain high amounts of fibre that will do the same job as do cereals and fibre supplements.

I do prefer simple carbs Pwo tho n any time within 60 minute is fine.

So trained legs A Saturday. Good workout in terms of connection n strength.
However knees were so painful I could barely walk between sets. Elbows hurting doing day to day stuff.
So taking this week off n doing a reset/clean up week while I rest tendons.
Every day is rest day diet n will be a fast until 11am.
1 large carb meal at 7am.
It’s my bday Friday so having a meal with GF then.
I’m adding in 300mg DNP from today split 1/2 AM n PM.
Eph 9mg 3 x a day.Will drop a bit BF , water n boost insulin sensitivity.
Will do usual AM cardio 30-40 minutes
Pm will be 30 minute cardio n either abs or calves.Annoying as hell but it’s only a week.
We must take 1 step backwards to take 3 forward at times

Hey, mine was 150mg per week of test. Saw me at 30mmol (the top end of recommended levels). Yours may be slightly different but you could try that then get bloods done in 6 weeks
