    So your defo not loosing muscle on all that gear is first thing to point out.

    I also think your just struggling to get head around the fact you are getting flat and at this stage of prep means you look flat and fatter due to BF levels still.

    I always find 10-14 weeks out the worst time psychologically because you are loosing that constant full/pumped look from all the food yet are not lean enough to look nice and ripped when flat.

    You also have a fair bit of fat to come off so adding in food is a huge no no. You have a good 20lb to come off in my opinion so need to be aiming for 2lb a week

    Your dry as a bone there and look pretty good, any areas you feel are not coming through like the others are still likely holding a touch of fat.

    I would be wary of using that many diuretics but you looked great buddy no doubt.

    I would add 250ml water every couple of hours from 6am with food and assess each time

    So big weekend at BODY POWER expo this weekend with the whole trainedbyJP crew and it was a great weekend. Very tiring as I had client work to do as well but survived and got home at 7pm sunday night.

    Had a nice sleep in yesterday and then trained legs last night. usual workout A but with slight adaptions as wasn’t going to chase log book and go crazy after been stood up for 70% of the weekend with brutal back, knee and feet pain.

    1 leg lieing ham curls – x8, x6f, x9f
    1 leg HS extensions – x 10, x12f, x FOURs
    leg press – 4 warm ups and then 4 sets of 10 reps with 380kg
    seated ham curls – x 8, x 7f, x FOURs
    adductor with abductor continues set – 4 sets of 15 reps increasing weight each cycle

    chest/biceps tonight
    shoulders and triceps Wed
    Sat night just gone I did back.

    then I go to Benidorm on Thursday and we are official end of off season thank god

    Apetite is totally gone now, every day is a chore, body is aching and getting out of bed is a bitch every dam day lol.

    So I will be glad to drop some weight and start to tighten up and I will log all the process here.

    If wanting to have a break of insulin would Glycomax be an option with intra shake and post meal instead? I imagine 3-5 caps should do the trick ????

    What do you think of this?

    I would always be using a GDA anyway when using insulin.

    I usually take my GDA with carb meals earlier in the day then insulin around workouts etc and GDA on off days

    Really depends how hairy you are etc.

    I Veet year round so my skin is used to it.

    I veet 3 days before a show and then use a razor the day before my tan is getting done

    I was using onyx pharma last cycle and there were no pip what so ever which was great and test levels came back good as well. The majority of the time I was pinning delts and the odd time id pin quads. Heard only good things about rohm but couldn’t even sleep on it the pip was that bad

    Im using rohm and not getting the Pip you are buddy but you may be reacting badly to the oil they use.

    this is more common than people realise with different labs using different carrier oils etc.

    Unfortunatly this year I don’t think so, I am going to Benidorm in 2 weeks on a stag do and then im straight into prep for 8/9 Manchester PCA
    Reason I picked that show is because im in Marbella on the 10/9 for 10 nights for a friends wedding and then holiday. So I thought I better do a show so all the Body building greats don’t take the mick for using AAS to go on holiday lol.

    tempted to squeeze a trip in end September though lol

    Pinned this afternoon just over half a mil in my delt and already it’s bad.
    I’m using rohm test E…not heard any negative reviews about it, could it be bunk?

    Im using rohm and not getting the Pip you are buddy but you may be reacting badly to the oil they use.

    IMO the best way to make it is as follows for actual ground rice.

    75-100g ground rice with 400ml water.

    microwave for 60-90 seconds and stir with a fork

    microwave for 60 seconds and stir

    keep repeating until is is of desired consistency

    mix is nut butter or coconut oil and a scoop protein powder

    leave in fridge/freezer for 10-20 minutes to cool and firm up a little

    Training update

    So these next 2 weeks with going to body power and Benidorm training is going to be a little different so im not doing any log book chasing and just doing some good old bodybuilding bro stuff. Training to 1 rep shy of failure to rest tendons a little etc.

    Legs last night was – reps 10-15 – all work sets stopping on the rep before I hit total failure

    Seated ham string – 3 work sets
    1 leg HS extension – 3 work sets
    seated leg press – 3 work sets
    1 leg lay ham curl – 3 work sets

    abductor/adductor circuit with me and my training partner done chasing each other -= 3 work sets

    was bloody hard work and legs are sore today but I don’t feel like I have been hit by a bus.
