A year ago on my last cycle I had no pip at all from the test I was using.
Pinned this afternoon just over half a mil in my delt and already it’s bad.
I’m using rohm test E…not heard any negative reviews about it, could it be bunk?were you shooting into the delts to?
you had no pain even on your first inject?

So as Stephen says test and mast works very well together for a cruise and something we have been utilising for a while. There is of course possibly other risks here we may not know about but they are very small if any and less so than using an AI which has been shown lately to be more damaging than we thought.
firstly 250mg is a high dose and will defo need an AI for 95% of people.
I cruise on 50mg test E and 30mg Masp P taken MWF and this puts me at 33 test (natural range is something like 8-28) and estro within range with no AI
this IMO is a perfect cruise dose for me and something we should all strive for. If your cruising at an elevated T level and putting other drugs in then you are not really normalising the body IMO

Reason I picked that show is because im in Marbella on the 10/9 for 10 nights for a friends wedding and then holiday. So I thought I better do a show so all the Body building greats don’t take the mick for using AAS to go on holiday lol.

So no wonder you were holding so much water if your diet was only 40% clean and you were hitting over 600g carbs lol.
My diet is 95% clean day in day out hitting 600-650g carbs daily and I still holding a load of water – ankles and feet swollen, sock marks etc etc

I like to reverse diet
your rotein is to low IMO – I would increase this to 225-250p.
I would take carbs to 180 train days and 60 rest days were they were before and monitor this for a week and assess then keep altering as you go.

My last cycle of test E I blew up with water around the 4 week mark, I was in a heavy surplus but my oestrogen in check.
I’ve just started back on test E but this time I’m in a deficit.
My question is, I really don’t want to blow up with water again so will keeping my cardio in check and diet in a deficit stop this happening?So how clean was your last diet?
what was your estro score on blood test?
how high was food and carbs etc last time?

Is 50g of protein fine from solid food as your last meal

Yeh, it’s more like the timing I was talking about. meal at midnight, pretty close before bed. was wondering if a wholefoods meal like this should be avoided before bed, since it would be hard for the body too break it down during the night. See a lot of people having whey, liquids etc before bed.
Why is it hard for your body to break things down during the night??
Our body is alive and working 24/7
Surely it would make more sense for something that takes longer to digest through the night so we get a constant release of protein than something fast acting?
this is why people add fats to there proteins etc

in terms of refeeds I look for the following.
Big weight drops
feeling fatigued on getting out of bed
you don’t get psyched up even when in the gym
you struggle to get or maintain a pump
strength drops
recovery is taking ages.
Sometimes if weight loss has stalled then I will advise some one to possibly reduce cardio for a couple of days and have a free meal not a reefed as usually this can be more stress related than anything

Chest/biceps last night.
boring session as this always is however strength was up a touch, connection was good and managed to train biceps by switching some exercises around so less tendon stress.
cant complain. Had 2 days relaxed eating at the weekend and weight is dropped down to 241lb. Im happy with this though as it shows my body has settled around the 240 mark and doesn’t need continues force feeding to hold.

very annoying.
Its down to water retention and fluid build up around the carpel tunnel usually.
