I had this for months.
Lots of stretching/rolling with a hard physio ball on a hard surface.
Changed my trainers to something with a high arch in for cardio.

Dam im getting bored of those on here saying oral only cycles wont work, are a waste blah blah blah.
Do you guys know how many Olympic gold medals have been won on oral only cycles and that before the world became junkies it was the norm in bodybuilding to start oral only.
Why risk an injection etc if your just wanting a bit of a boost to your physique. Immense results can be seen from dbol/tbol/anavar and winny only cycles.
Dam I must help 20-40 people get ready to to go Ibiza/marbs etc on just orals and would put half of these serious bodybuilders to shame in terms of condition sometimes.
In my opinion go with Tbol if wanting to focus on gaining size or Anavar if wanting to focus on getting lean and improving body composition.
From here if you decided you wanted to enhance your physique further you could look to injections but for most people the look they want could be achieved with orals, and diet/training on point 100%
Hey, what would you think of an 60mg tbol cycle for 6-8 weeks while pushing kcals and the gym for some mass gain?
It will give much better results than if you were not using and will have little to no impact on health IMO

I’m off to Ibiza for clockwork orange weekend. I don’t compete either. But train just as hard as any fucker. I train to be a top looking dad at 40.
Here is my 12 week Ibiza plan
500mg Test E
500mg Tren E
6 weeks before. 50mg Wini per day.
4 weeks before 50mcg T3
4 weeks before. 40-120MCG clen. Taper up2 weeks before. 3 weight sessions per week and 4 cardio. Just to drop fat off
1 week before. Carbs only post workout.
Arrive Ibiza Friday afternoon or early evening and get right on it. Wake up in the morning stomach empty and dehydrated then head to ocean beach club.
40 years of age. 2 kids. 2 business to run. Still in the top 3 percent. Don’t listen to the cocks on here. Most of them wouldn’t ever place in a show anyway. And let’s be honest. At weekend half of them are having a cheeky bag of beak.
If Ibiza is your goal. Just be the best version of you and better than all your mates.

You could use any half decent fibre based cereal to be fair or rice based cereal. In the grand scheme of things in terms of weight loss/fat burning it wont matter much.
What it may do though is make you hungrier due to the faster digestion time etc.

It has been shown that avoiding carbs earlier in the day increases insulin sensitivity and it has been shown that when in a deficit if carbs are timing for around exercise windowns and later in the day more overall bodyfat is lost.
there are atleast a handful of studies showing this.
Now the difference wasn’t greatly significant but it was significant.
Then add the individual life to the situation. Do you have a manual job and grafting all day? if so then I woul definitely say have carbs early on. Do you sit on your ass most of the day? if so then I woul ddefo say save carbs for later on.
Most people are also more hungry later in the day so putting more food/carbs later on helps here to.

What is your thoughts on using metformin pre bed to assist with insulin sensitivity when using growth? I’ve seen John meadows advising it and know Luke Sandoe to be doing it.
Obviously it’s also a question of gut health, but personally I never had issues with metformin. However you hear some people talk about the effect on Mtor / AMPk from metformin and hence I am wondering if you should use it or not?I don’t use metformine at all and would use berberine or similar.
If you are waking up with high fasting BG then I believe it makes perfect sense.
I believe you may find the reason they are using it is due to GH use causing a high elevated BG reading and this is helping to reduce that 🙂 that’s just my theory though

Gastric emptying time and duration through the digestive tract can vary hugely from person to person.
The fact is based on this as long as we are eating around every 4 hours you are supplying a constant stream.
Now there is research to show that we can sufficiently stimulate protein synthesis every 2.5-3 hours for maximal benefit and staying in a positive nitrogen balance. However whether this is done every 2.5 hours or 3.5 hours or 4 hours isn’t in the grand scheme of things matter much to most of us.
what does matter a hell of a lot more is the ability to digest our foods and not over working or backing up our digestive systems.
I am very big on eating to appetite, being in tune with your body and its signs of hunger or the ability to eat again and using foods that our body can process quickly to speed up this process and thus making us more hungry.

Hilly are you aware of any bodybuilders who just eat by hunger and don’t follow specific macros? I know that serge nubret was a 2 meals a day man. I myself am having digestive issues so I’m trying to use a more instinctive approach only eating when hungry and lowering portion sizes as my gut is fucked from years of force feeding and I’m always bloated even on an empty stomach. I do but in your situation it’s a terribly idea as you have other issues putting hunger etc at bay

Using your common sense and knowledge of the following
foods you like and look forward to eating – this immediately increases appetite and sets our body up on the path to digest food.
Foods you know you can eat a lot of and not get full – for me sushi, jasmine rice, certain gluten free cereals, ground rice, smoothies, etc
Foods you know your body digests well and doesn’t cause any digestion issues or gas.
For me I want things that I enjoy, take up the least amount of room on my plate/bowel – don’t give me gas or bloat.
I do the following
Fruit/egg white smoothy – fresh pineapple, frozen berries, egg whites, EAA flavoured powder, maple syrup – 55p, 40c
150-180g gluten free honey flakes – gives me 120-150g carbs
use rice milk – each 100ml has around 8-10g carbs (much more than other dairy free milks) and digest great – 250ml 20-25g
Im ready to eat again in terms of hunger/bloat etc 90-120 minutes later.
