    TestE 250mg per week 10-12 weeks
    Mast E 150-200mg per week 8 weeks

    Hoping to be looking good but will this do? Diet will be tight and cardio will be done

    I want to PCT before going away also.. any thoughts on what would be best and what doeses etc?

    Considering I must do diets for about half the north east who go to Ibiza lol I can chime in here haha.

    Defo do not PCT before hand.

    Run test e 12 weeks.
    Run mast e 12 weeks
    Nothing major in doses – 300-500mg test and 200-300mg mast

    diet your arse off and make sure your in good nick and run the drugs into the holiday.

    The follow Dr dean guidelines for pct after the holiday.

    In terms of orals if really wanting to look good – 30-50mg anavar a day last 3-4 weeks and then maybe 20-30mg winny last 2 weeks.

    Me n my mates have a tendancy to take the winny with us to keep the water off.

    Ohh and ignore all the bodybuilding idiots that say ‘cant believe your taking AAs for Ibiza – your not even doing a show’. lmfao

    Id rather take AAS to look wicked in Ibiza, having a great time with my mates and pulling birds than standing oiled up on a BB stage in the hope of a plastic trophy and being disappointed afterwards then going home to eat pizza and feeling miserable.

    I actually do both so guess im a double idiot but how any one can say one is ok but the other isn’t is just dam beyond me lol.

    Drop to cruise dose.

    Ease off then go again. This the the healthiest option n what i would do.

    If your totally obsessed with being the best bodybuilder you can be n are trying to make the most progress ever n monitoring health as best as you can but accept the risks.

    Keep pushing n switch up compounds or use just test n up the dose.

    For your cruise: do you always cruise on a true TRT dose? And can I drop the test but still keep it higher than someone who is natural? Also, when do you start “counting” your cruise if you’re on a long ester like test E? does the cruise period immediately go in after your last week of the blast on test e?

    For me 50mg test e 3 x a week puts me at the top end of normal or 1 point over the range. This also keeps my estrogen in check with no AI so for me is the perfect cruise dose. I am wanting my body to be normal and as healthy as possible with the least amount of synthetic products going into my body.

    I start my cruise dose the first week of cruise and let body adapt

    take it pre a normal balanced meal 3 hours after last eating

    take it at
    60 minutes
    90 minutes
    120 minutes
    150 minutes

    See how long it takes to return to normal

    the quicker it does the better your body is working

    IMO at 21 you should be coming off for 10-12 weeks personally.

    That being said

    I would just move into cruise dose the following week and let body come down and normalise there. don’t over think it buddy

    Using your common sense and knowledge of the following

    foods you like and look forward to eating – this immediately increases appetite and sets our body up on the path to digest food.

    Foods you know you can eat a lot of and not get full – for me sushi, jasmine rice, certain gluten free cereals, ground rice, smoothies, etc

    Foods you know your body digests well and doesn’t cause any digestion issues or gas.

    For me I want things that I enjoy, take up the least amount of room on my plate/bowel – don’t give me gas or bloat.

    I do the following

    Fruit/egg white smoothy – fresh pineapple, frozen berries, egg whites, EAA flavoured powder, maple syrup – 55p, 40c

    150-180g gluten free honey flakes – gives me 120-150g carbs

    use rice milk – each 100ml has around 8-10g carbs (much more than other dairy free milks) and digest great – 250ml 20-25g

    Im ready to eat again in terms of hunger/bloat etc 90-120 minutes later.

    Gastric emptying time and duration through the digestive tract can vary hugely from person to person.

    The fact is based on this as long as we are eating around every 4 hours you are supplying a constant stream.

    Now there is research to show that we can sufficiently stimulate protein synthesis every 2.5-3 hours for maximal benefit and staying in a positive nitrogen balance. However whether this is done every 2.5 hours or 3.5 hours or 4 hours isn’t in the grand scheme of things matter much to most of us.

    what does matter a hell of a lot more is the ability to digest our foods and not over working or backing up our digestive systems.

    I am very big on eating to appetite, being in tune with your body and its signs of hunger or the ability to eat again and using foods that our body can process quickly to speed up this process and thus making us more hungry.

    I would look at the food sources you are using.

    How you are digesting these – bloat? Bowel movements? Gas etc

    I would work on improving sleep – look to dr dean posts on this.

    I would as james states increase CV work or steps during the day/ on waking etc

    If your having that much pepto pro (which is overkill by the way for most) there is no need to eat within an hour pwo so just wait until you get an appetite.

    I would also look at your pre meal and how this is effecting things.

    I would also reduce the pepto pro and increase the amount of water you are diluting it in.
