    Utilise what digests best for you and monitor it.

    If you get any gas or change in bowel habits/distention then avoid and try something else.

    im not a fan of any milk based products and most notice a big difference once they remove them.

    Rest day yesterday. Kcal around 3500

    Still woke up 244.5 so I am holding this weight consistently now.

    Keep loosing feeling in my hands and pretty umcofmrtable pins and needles in my arms on n off during the day from the GH.

    Adapting to this weight a bit now but putting my socks on is now a sit down job lmao

    Hilly with the deca only cycle .. could you ever imagine running some tren on top of that and lower the deca a bit?

    Npp + Tren is a serious mass gaining combo and if you have no digestive issues in Tren, I suppose as they are both 19-nor roids it could be doable? Tren gives amazing strength gains which could yield some serious mass gains.

    How much mass did you gain from it bud to know its a serious mass gaining combo.

    Honestly at the minute I feel pretty uncomfortable on a day to day basis. Due to weight and high amounts of food.

    Adding tren in would increase my metabolism even more meaning I would have to Increase food (which I would struggle with) and thus have a negative effect.

    im already waking up covered in sweat and my sleep for once is pretty good, adding in tren would ruin my sleep and make the sweats 10 times worse which would mean worse recovery and worse gains.

    Tren messes with most digestion and with mine it gives me real bad acid reflux etc so again not a great idea.

    For me it makes little sense on paper and in real life. especially when im 2 weeks past were most if not all test as left my system and in terms of strength, gains, look ive never been so impressed and I do feel better than I did on the higher test.

    So only I can presume is you run low sugars any way – so have good insulin sensitivity or over produce.

    I’m also going to state you don’t seem to have the knowledge you should. Purely because

    A – you havnt mention any BG readings so presuming your not monitoring

    B – your set up is pretty shitttty for first time guess work use.

    But a BG monitor.

    Take several fasted readings b post meal readings n look at the response to meals n patterns

    Then assess

    Or hire some one that knows what to do m don’t risk your health

    Ease off then go again. This the the healthiest option n what i would do.

    If your totally obsessed with being the best bodybuilder you can be n are trying to make the most progress ever n monitoring health as best as you can but accept the risks.

    Keep pushing n switch up compounds or use just test n up the dose.

    Weight and Diet update – sooooooo 245lb this am LOL, looks like the addition of GH at 10iu every training day and food going to 5000kcal every training day as seen me push well past the sticking point of 235 I was at for 6/7 weeks.

    This is the perfect way to do it I feel as I will now try to maintain this for the next 3-4 weeks meaning ive been sat at this weight for 6 plus weeks before I move into prep

    Diet

    Salmon fillet plus 4 eggs in coconut oil
    Beef isolate with macadamia oil and 30-40g trail mix

    175g cooked turkey and 350g cooked jasmine rice

    175g cooked turkey and 350g cooked jasmine rice.

    4:30 – 10iu gh

    5:15 – 1 scoop isolate or EAA and 50g dolly mixture and 7iu Humalog

    6-7:15 – 2 scoops MPS max and 2 scoops sustain with another 25g dextrin = 75g carbs and 30g protein

    PWO – my egg white/EAA digestive digestive smoothy and 180g gluten free honey flakes

    PPWO – 200g basa fillets cooked, 120g ground rice, 0.5 scoop beef isolate, 20g natural almond butter
    5000kcal, 380-400g protein, 600-650g carbs, 90g fats

    By Time I come back from cardio there sub 5.

    It’s not n issue in my eyes as it’s short term n I no it’s only elevated due to taking the GH.

    As in I no what I’m doing that is causing the reading so no issues

    Trained legs with Jordan, mark and Oscar yesterday and what a session it was.

    Always good to be around those guys and pushed by people who have your own passion/love for training hard and bodybuilding.

    Legs are dam sore today and cardio was not fun.
